These people are like family!
I love them! I love their shop! I love their products. I’m a return again and again and again customer. I used to hate going into vape shops, the guys that run them can be so «bro-​y» and obnoxious. The family at No Butts About It is the sweetest, kindest people. They know my order before I walk in the door.

I will never get e-​cig stuff anywhere else. Normally, I’m the kind of person who looks for the best deal, buys things online, and who doesn’t have much shop loyalty. From juice to mods, though, No Butts has completely won me over. The juice is superior to anything else I’ve had, any time I’ve had trouble with a product they have stood by it, and they have great prices (especially if you buy in bulk).
Awesome people, awesome products, and outstanding customer service. Do yourself a favor and only shop here.

I’m new to vaping as I am trying to quit cigarettes. They answered all my questions and guided me though e liquids based on my taste. I purchased my pen yesterday and you guessed it — dropped it today. They replaced my tank at no cost and said they were happy to have a new customer. That is awesome stuff and can’t see myself going anywhere else.
If you’re ever in the area — do yourself a solid and stop in.

It is hard to know where to start. From their in-​house juices to incredible selection of mods and tanks they are head and shoulders above any other shop around.
But the real get here is the personal customer service. They never hesitate to spend the time to explain to you the ins and outs of any product you want to see. And they stand behind everything they sell. After months of using a mod I was not thrilled with how the button was performing and they replaced it at full value, no questions asked.
The juices they carry are all made by the owner with care and without unknown ingredients that are so common in the mass market juices you find at the other shops. And to top that, I mentioned once that an Earl Grey juice might be delicious, and the next time I was in the shop the owner had researched and formulated a perfect Earl Grey juice. How is that for amazing service?
If you are looking for a glitzy shop staffed teenagers blowing giant plumes and ignoring you or spouting nonsensical information, then this is not the shop for you. If you want personalized service by folks that stand behind everything they sell, then you will be more than pleased in this shop.

Today was my first time and I was very pleased! They only sell their own juices which are reasonably priced and by far the best I’ve tried so far. I will look no farther for juices, this is my new go to spot. I got the new earl grey and it is incredible, tastes exactly like the real thing, luv it! I also got lemon, watermelon, and black honey tobacco. I can not comment on there vaping gear because I was there strictly for the juice. Heather was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to meeting the rest of the family on future trips.

Great little mom and pop e-​cig shop. All their e-​liquids are handmade and they actually know what is in them… much safer than all the added sugar and chemicals in corporate brands. The folks that run the shop are very sweet and helpful. This is the ONLY place my fiancé, and all of his coworkers, get e-​liquid. Lots of custom blends you cannot find anywhere else.
They have a great selection of batteries, liquids, great prices and wonderful owners!

I was told that this was a great way to stop smoking as I have for many, many years, I stopped at a cig store and bought one, but no one could answer any questions, a friend of mine told me about this place so I thougtht maybe they could give me some answers as to how this works, they gave me so many answers and helpful hints and were so nice and helpful, the flavors were amazing, and they explained everything and all the dos and don’t, it has been 4 days now with no problems with even wanting a cig. I feel that I owe it mostly to No Butts about it in learning how to use it correctly, they are amazing people and are serious about want to help people. They seem more like your friends than store owners, I can’t wait to go back and get different flavors that they have… You are missing out if you go to any other place for any of your needs as they not only have it all they have more…,

Just went in for the first time today, and loved it! Its a small mom and pop business but they have great flavors and personality. Their flavors are purer than most without that icky chemical taste. I like to make my own combo’s and they have a lot of single flavors that would allow me to do so. Bought Pineapple, Vanilla Bean (best I’ve had), and their new Private Reserve Latte (again, best I’ve had), which I would highly recommend. I’m definitely going back.

You guys are Lifesavers. 33. Smoked for two thirds of my life. I tried the blu, which didn’t supplement. Didn’t have that «kick» I saw my friend use another system. It was ok, but then he found you guys. I vaped here and there from his. And I was convinced. Drove up. If you want to quit. This works people. I’m a 2-​pk of cigs-​a-​day type. After getting the provape, In the first week, I cut down from smoking 2, to 1 pack a day. That’s cutting down almost a carton a week. And I’m saving money. While I am still smoking, & have a way to go, that is a significant decrease. Tom and his wife are really nice, no-​nonsense people, and informative. They are invested in what they do, and I really thank them. Tom has a great variety of flavors I have yet to try. I love the strawberry, but the Pomegranate is awesome. Thank you so much! –W

I quit smoking a pack a day and started vaping 2 months ago. The coils in my Kanger tanks were shot and the place I used to buy my juice from doesn’t sell Kanger parts. Called No Butts About It who my friend told me about. Called them at 5:45. They close at 6:00 but agreed to stay open a little later. They gave me a great deal on a 5 pack of coils and some other parts, too. My Kanger tanks are hitting like they’re supposed to again and I’ll be sure to recommend No Butts About It to friends. I have spent the last 15 years working in customer service and highly recommend No Butts About It! You *could* save a dollar ordering online, end up paying more for shipping and wait for 3 days, but if you want to do business with friendly people who have what you need in stock, support your local business. Also, they make their own E-​Cig fluids and did a great job with their wintergreen. If you’re not a smoker but looking to vape instead of chewing they have something that tastes like what you’re used to.

Tom makes the best liquid I have tried. Very friendly and down to earth. No a lot of industry jargon that is over my head. Great place highly recommend stoping in and see for yourself.

I love this business. They do a great job there. No Butts About It E-​liquid is the best I’ve tried. They always have the newest and top of the line in E-Cigarette’s and accessories. I am a fan.

It’s obvious that not a lot of research went into the products here. The liquids are fine but lack variety. Don’t go here if you are having problems with your ecigs, troubleshooting and knowledge of products is not their forte. This place is great if you want to try a new brand of liquids but I would not recommend it for people that want ecigs units, batteries, or accessories purely because when purchasing such a high $ item I liked to be assured the person selling them knows them inside and out, has relationships with the manufacturers, and can troubleshoot them… it seems like they just hopped on the bandwagon without much effort.

Tried this place today. They were awesome, helpful and friendly! They lwt me sample the different flavors. The e-​cig works great! I recommend going here, a nice family business.
