History

Established in 2005.

Siena McCarthy is a Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® Instructor, certified by the Gyrotonic founder, Juliu Horvath. She has been a dancer from age 3, performing locally and participating actively in the Bay Area arts and dance community. Siena is a mother, photographer, business owner, sports enthusiast and passionate healer, working with clients for many years. She is certified in Pilates Mat and Equipment, Massage Therapy, Neuromuscular Integrative Action (NIA), Integrated Awareness® and CranioSacral Therapy. She has practiced yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Zero Balancing for over 25 years. Whether you are recovering from injury or improving existing skills, Siena’s goal is to create a safe place for new learning to occur so you can reach your goals.
