Beware of the root canal doctor (endodontist?) at this office at all cost!!! I came here because I was having pain and the doctor diagnosed me with needing a root canal which I actually agreed with since my previous dentist (who retired) told me the same thing. He explained everything in detail and he even gave me some pain medication and antibiotics. He said I could go to the specialist next door the following week or I could go to any specialist I wanted to if I wanted it done that day. I was scheduled with the root canal specialist next door. This is where things go a little weird. She said that I needed 2 root canals instead of the one the doctor told me about. I was a little hesitant and decided to go for a second opinion. She was a little aggressive and mean so I went to root vision instead and they confirmed that I indeed only needed 1 root canal not 2. That was the first warning. Then my wife had the same issue and this time she said that the tooth needs to be pulled but another tooth that she had no pain whatsoever in was hurting. She also went for a second opinion and they also told her that the tooth does need to be pulled but she did not need the root canal on the other tooth. If you do see this doctor, just get a second opinion just in case because she seems to be pushy and wants to do unnecessary treatments.

from the moment i walked in, they were wonderful. kind, patient, understanding & even fun. plus, they took the time to be clear & informative about my insurance options regarding the procedures i needed to have done. (which is the reason i was looking for a new dentist)

I have had crowns, fillings and cleanings. They did a good job with no wait. If you have an HMO insurance you have to register with them before your appointment or you could run into problems. That’s just the way it works.

I have been a patient here the last 3 years. I really have no complains with the usual check up and cleanings.
Recently, I was referred to do a periodontal surgery. This is where I began to get more intimate with this place.
I met Dr Mark Pak and very quickly, he earned my trust. He was very patient and detailed in explaining all the things he was going to do. He taught me how to maintain my teeth/​gum and how avoid this from happening again. Most dentists I know, would avoid sharing these information so they can continue to sell surgeries/​procedures to make more money. I didn’t get this vibe from Dr Pak at all.
During my surgery, I have an unusual request. I needed to listen to a certain music to calm my nerves. He entertained my idea and made sure my pandora station was running the whole time. When the Internet connection was bad for a few seconds, he would ask the nurse ‘what happened?’. I was laughing inside.
Last but not least, Maria is a sweetheart. I don’t know exactly what her title is. But she is the one that I talked to regarding scheduling, pricing and insurance. During my company benefit enrollment, I brought my documents to her to compare which plan was the best for my situation. She is friendly, informative and can be funny many times!

ok me and my client decided to check this dental place out giving them the benefit of the doubt and my client was in excruciating pain due to her wisdom teeth they needed to get pulled so we came here, everything was fine as far as making the appt the office was really nice and comfortable seating… but then all downhill from there ! once my client went back to get seen and had xrays done they gave her the refferel to see the ortho/​oral surgeon to get wisdom teeth removed they wanted to charge her upfront 175 $ for a consultation??? and from there also try and charge her for them to be removed??? mind you my client has full coverage health insurance and its coverd supposed to be free 0 $ for consultation and 0 $ for extraction of the wisdom teeth so now my client still has to deal with her wisdom teeth hurting until we can get an appt with another dental office elsewhere !!! makes me think how many people did they charge in the past cash and still bill there insurance wow yup my client is scared to go there again so we cancelled our tuesday appt after we spoke to her health insurance assoon as they told us they cover it nothing should have been charged what a waste of time !!!

Check with your insurance prior to agreeing to services. I did so after th3 fact only to find out they overcharged me. When I inquired about this they stated their prices are different from insurance prices. My insurance company informed me this should not be the case. I than tried to schedule services that would only be covered by my insurance and they informed me I had to have the full treatment. .I’m going elsewhere. .fool me once.

My first visit here and have to say it was a good one. Going to the dentist is not on my favorite things to do list but these people made it ok. The staff are friendly, Doctor Le was a pro and so was his assistants. Love the location too.
