Our business has been relocated 1,000 ft across the street (Westbound) to the «Vogue Plaza» (next to «Gene’s Grinder»).

Since 1996, Epoch Network Ltd. (ENL) has been assisting individuals, companies, and organizations with their computing and networking requirements. Through various iterations of hardware and software flavors, we have been partnering with our clients in keeping their computing environment current in a cost-​effective manner.

ENL believes in keeping close ties with the various OS communities and its vendors/​partners. We are Cisco Premier Certified and an Intel Solution Provider. I should’ve went here with my laptop problems from the very beginning!
Todd is a very trustworthy and honest technician/​businessman. He made sure to tell me everything that was wrong, what he was going to do to fix it, and charged at a very great price — especially since I am a college student.
My laptop was fixed within the day after I brought it in (once the part that I needed came in). After testing out, that problem was fixed. However, I realized some of my keys stopped working, and I took it back in. He was amazing and just fixed it within 20 min.
If you ever need your computers fixed, PLEASE go to Todd! You’ll get excellent customer service and an honest, well knowledgable guy!

My desktop computer went down without any warning. I thought it may be the power supply. I did a search for local computer repair places and read the good reviews about Epoch so I thought I would give it a try. I’m glad that I did. They were able to determine that it was actually my motherboard needed to be replaced. They managed to repair my desktop as quickly as possible.
NOTE: If you need to take your desktop to them, make sure to also bring the cord used for your video card (it is attached from your computer to your monitor). Also, if you use a Raid, make sure that they are aware of that as well.

Oh my god they are so nice here the power went out inside my computere and the motherboard was fried. It was a good price for what they charged me for it, I was a frist time customer but let me tell you I will come back to them again. I plan on telling everyone about them my friend also needs her pc fixed so I will let her know about them for sure. Thanks again for the good job I’m very happy with the work you guys did

When the computers at my shop were performing sub par, we contacted Todd at Epoch Network. Todd was extremely helpful in assisting us with the updating of our network and computers. He’s very knowledgeable in his field and an extremely honest businessman. Todd is like a doctor for my ill computers. Anytime I have any issues with my computer, I contact Todd and he takes care of it. He’s able to remotely enter my computer and fix the problem from his office without having to wait for him to physically come out here. It’s extremely convenient and I would highly recommend Epoch Network’s service to anyone. Thanks again Todd!

It is always refreshing to encounter a business that is customer based and not so aggressively profit driven.
I brought my hp laptop for diagnosis on a no charge/​no start issue. They always kept me aware as to the charges and informed of what was going to be performed. In less than a day they fixed the issue, explained what happened, and recommended ways to prevent future occurrences. They even cleaned out my cooling fans to address an issue I was concerned about and to ensure optimal performance
I highly recommend supporting the good people at epoch!

Todd from Epoch Network is the real deal. He’s the most knowledgeable computer guy that I have ever met. He’s taken cared of all of my office computers, network, and security systems plus all of my home computers. I can rely on him to take care of all of my computer needs. Todd is also very honest and will always tell you the truth by giving you the best options. I have had over 9 years of experience relying on this guy for computer help. I had recommended numerous friends to him. I will continue to recommend all of my friends and network to him, because he’s one of the best out there. I took my friend’s dead computer over to this store because it simply would not boot. I’m pretty geeky myself, but I was not able to get this computer running.
My friend paid a lot to have this computer custom-​built for him a couple of years ago and it was now headed to the PC junkyard.
Todd got it fixed in a couple of days and it works great!

Took my PC here because I couldn’t get it to boot. Even after trying everything I possibly could/​knew how to I was making no progress. Decided to throw in the towel and take it to the shop– something I haven’t done in years so the last place I’d went had closed down. I used Unilocal to search for a new shop and it brought me to ENL.
Thank goodness for that. The owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and agreed to diagnose for free since I had already tried all of the basics. After only one day I received a call back and it had been determined that my motherboard had a short. I simply had to RMA my mobo since it was still under warranty and it works just fine now!
I’ll definitely be coming to ENL for all of my future PC woes.

I called several computer repair businesses before selecting Epoch Network. I was impressed with how Todd tried to clear the trouble over the phone with me, so that I wouldn’t need a service visit or to bring my computer in. The problem was more complex, so I brought imy computer in. He had my computer working the next morning and charged a very reasonable rate. I will definitely be a return customer, I’m very happy with the service.
