Moving Professionals

I contacted Moving «Professionals» through the Contact Us form on their website to inquire about their hourly rate. I was initially impressed to receive a response within a couple of hours.
That’s where the «professionalism» ends…
I responded to their email with an additional question regarding their availability, so I could schedule my move. I didn’t hear back, so I called their telephone number, but it went straight to voicemail. I left a message with my call back phone number… no returned phone call. I called 2 times on the following day, and again no return call. This is completely UN-​Professional behavior.

This is the worst moving company!!! Very unreliable! I booked them for my move and he canceled on me two hours before my move! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! He will cancel on you at this last minute and not even respond to calls or emails!!! Please don’t waste your time with this company!

Great move today. Used MP Moving Professionals through uhaul helpers. Andy and his crew was awesome. They were on time and efficient. I had them booked for 2 hours, but we went over by 30 min. Not their fault. I had to make a couple of stops. The best thing was the disassembly of my Ikea bed. Amazing Andy took it completely apart (every single screw) and reassembled it at my new place. Believe me that alone was worth every penny. They were and I will hopefully be able to hire them again next weekend to move my daughter. Do not hesitate to use this company.

Andy and David were a great team. They arrived early and worked fast and efficiently. They did everything I asked and both of them were super pleasant.
I was worried that the truck wasn’t going to be able to accommodate everything that needed to go, but they were so effective in their packing process that we had room to spare. Very professional. Andy had experience in moving a very large sofa that made the process go smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Andy and his crew are top notch! They work fast and efficient! They don’t lag and waste your time and money. They come ready to work and in mins. Andy has a plan on how their going to move your stuff and load it without you having to make unnecessary trips which cost you $$$. Andy charges you by the hr. And he doesn’t take advantage of you knowing that he’s on the clock instead he and his crew keep on moving just like a machine! Andy and his crew are fantastic– everyone who worked with my possessions was careful and everything came through the move perfectly. Andy helped me move out of a house I was selling and took everything to my storage locker in Glendale. He was 15 minutes early and the crew moved all of my furniture and even help me empty a smaller locker in the storage facility to consolidate my things. A month later I called Andy again to move me out of my locker and into my new home. As before, he was early and incredibly helpful– he even drove the U-​Haul truck for me! (17′ trucks freak me out a little)
His prices are reasonable and he was flexible when my two hour move extended to three hours. While I really hope I won’t move again any time soon, I know who I will call when the time comes.

I hired Andy from Moving Professionals on October 1, 2014 and they exceeded all of my expectations. They disassembled all of my future, reassembled it, moved all of my boxes into the appropriate room, organized the other boxes and didn’t scratch anything. Not only that but they did it lightening fast. They hustled the whole time. I am still in awe at how much they got done in such little time. They are a great moving company and I highly recommend them.

Used Moving Professionals for the first time today to complete a bedroom/​studio move from Rancho Cucamonga to Chino Hills. It was my first time using a moving helper through Uhaul, and I was curious to see how well things would turn out.
Andy and his helper arrived to home fifteen minutes early, which allowed for the move to get done before the hot afternoon sun came out. I had to move an antique cherry desk from a second story, and the team took great care in carrying down the desk without scratching or banging it against the wall. The two member team worked very efficiently, and ended up taking care of the move from start to finish a half hour earlier than expected. I was much more comfortable driving the truck on my own rather than putting everything I own in the hands of a moving company and their truck.
This team arrived on time, in clean uniforms, and were ready to get to work right away, which unfortunately does not seem to be a characteristic shared by other movers. I will absolutely be contacting Moving Professionals again next year when I plan on moving again. With all of the stress related to the reason for my move, it was a big help to have a smooth experience working with Moving Professionals to get the actual moving itself taken care of.

Andy and the other mover were on time, quick and professional! It was a ridiculously hot day and neither one of them complained about it or the flight of stairs up to my new apartment.
I really couldn’t have asked for a better (or more affordable) moving experience. Moving is such a pain and they helped make it better.

These guys were awesome. We had an issue with our moving trailer being dropped off late, but they were able to be flexible, which we so appreciated. They were friendly, efficient, and worked very hard to make sure all of our things fit into the trailer. After having had a terrible experience with movers on the OTHER end of our move out of state, Andy and his crew member really stand out. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Moving is a pain in the rear. Andy and his crew made it a breeze. They showed up on time, and took extra precautions on moving the big items. I had a lot of stuff to move, and he made sure everything was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again in the future.
