My regular nail spa did not have time for a pedicure today so I stopped in here. This is one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I had a gentleman that did my pedicure. He was gentle and thorough and he listened to my requests. I will definitely be back!

The best pedicure with all the little extras and attention to detail. I will be going back to see Minh every chance I get. Beautiful job – talented and very nice!

Do not get your eye brows waxed here. It was a complete waste of money. I have to go somewhere else to actually get them done

Probably the worst salon I have ever been too. Service was awful, attitudes awful. Overpriced. My nails looked horrible when I came out. I will have to pay to get them taken off and redone. Had a pedicure and full set done. Pedicure was rushed with no care given to bottom of feet at all. Nail polish sloppy and left on sides of nails and cuticles. Feet didn’t feel soft when done. Full set was the worst! Nails uneven, lumpy and nail polish smudged and chipping everywhere. Worst part is I paid 60 dollars… what a joke. Never again!

I’ve gone here many times for pedicures and am always pleased when I leave. The paraffin dip is wonderful. I had my first shellac manicure done there and loved it. I’ve had it done elsewhere but the attention to detail and time that was put into it will bring me back to Purity again soon! I’ve always walked right in and been seen within minutes of arriving.

I liked how their equipment comes in sterilized packets and how the nail technicians wear gloves. They have an assortment of nail colors to choose from and offer a variety of nail services. I’ve just experienced better at other nail salons — the way the person did my nails was not the best. I’m not too sure if she just did not have enough experience but the cuticle trimming, filing, the massage, to the way my polish looked at the end was not great at all. I ended up leaving with small cuts on the edges of my nails that feel a bit sore to the touch (almost feels like I got a paper cut on a few). Knowing that there are better places out there, I will not be coming back. It’s unfortunate because I was hoping to find a place that would be closer to my home.

Had a really great experience here. Pedicure with wax for $ 25. My mom and I went there for start to our shopping day. I have a «special» pinky toe nail that grows straight up in the air. The girl actually painted on a little more nail making my nail look more normal! Loved talking to the girls there. They have a great and courteous staff. I gave it one star less because my massage chair seemed to be broken with the massage balls stuck in my back. At 28 years old it was an annoyance but I can imagine being older would causing some pain to the person sitting there. I’d definitely come back though!

I don’t get a pedicure very often, so I don’t have a lot to compare it with, but from what I could tell, they did a great job. Was able to help us right away and I’d never had the hot wax thing done, my mom said it’s usually extra, but not here, it’s included. so that was kinda cool and has left my feet feeling nice and smooth! Also when my mom accidentally ran into something after we left, which isn’t surprising, messed up the polish on her big toe, we went back and they were super nice about getting her in there and getting it fixed right away for nothing, even though we insisted on tipping anyway. Great job ladies! Of course the cheese grader could always be used a little more, but that’s just my super dry feet talking!

Worst experience ever… Came in for a pedicure and they did such a bad job, she took the nail devider off and took two toes of nail polish with it. I told her she messed up but she didn’t care she just put another layer on and made it look all messed up. I asked if she can remove nail polish then redo she gave me attitude. Then I looked over to all my toenails they were so messed up painted on, I almost cried. I go and pay $ 20 in my nail salon and they are so amazing. Will never be back here this is the second time they argued with me over nail polish. first time few month back when she was using old nail polish I told her she said it’s ok. I made her get a second one. customer is always right lady.

I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure at 6:30 on a Saturday and this was the only place in the area that was open. Got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure for $ 55. Go somewhere else.
Pros:
–only salon in the area open till 7:30 on saturday evening
Cons:
–parking was difficult since it is in the same area as the Rock so i spent 10 mins looking for a spot
–the pedicure water was cold
–i got cut during my manicure and there was blood on the towel. They were unapologetic and the rest of my manicure and pedicure were painful thanks to the stinging of my finger
— When I went to pay, she was unapologetic about me getting cut. She kept my $ 60 without trying to give me back $ 5. When I asked she said– «this is for them».
Thanks a lot! Never coming back. I’d rather go out with unpolished nails than deal with this!

I’ve been here several times and it was sort of my last resort for a nail place. They would take forever for a pedicure and myself and another lady had to wait in the pedicure chair for 30 minutes. The chairs are gross and very uncomfortable. The employees never talk to you, just among the other employees. It’s not a place I will go back to any longer.

I absolutely love this location. They always make us feel welcome and make our young daughter feel extra special. They have 2 walls with tons of colors and lots of high quality polishes that last. I have never been overcharged here and have never felt rushed. The pedicures are wonderful and you get the paraffin dip for your feet that makes your skin feel so smooth. This is my salon of choice in this area.

I won’t be back, we called ahead to see if they had room for 2 pedis and they said they did. When we walked in a couple min later two more people were waiting. We were sitting there waiting for 30 minutes, they obviously didn’t have room for us like they had just said on the phone. All the nail polishes looked old, and the back room looked grungy. The workers loudly talked amongst themselves the whole time and the man who did my feet was very rough with my nails. The worst part was the paraffin dip, they want you to put your feet in the wax that everyone else had put their feet into! A place that does that can’t be very hygienic. Most other places put the wax in the bags first, I was so grossed out. The polish looks a little globbed on too, I feel like I could of done a better job at home.

I’ve always come here for my eyebrows which the older lady does. And I’m happy each time I leave. Yesterday I took my daughter for her first pedicure and my first pedicure at this location. I walked out definitely satisified. They take their time, even tho it was at the end of the day. I dont know if it was because I’m a usual there but they make you feel welcomed. Definitely my top spot for nails and eyebrows.

I went here last week for a regular manicure/​pedicure. The main reason why I am giving this two stars is because it took over two hours just for a mani/​pedi! It was a Tuesday morning, not super crowded, but they told me to wait 20 minutes, which was fine. They then brought me to a chair and I ended up waiting there with my feet in the water for another 20 minutes! I thought this was pretty ridiculous, and then throughout my manicure/​pedicure the guy would randomly walk away and help other people and at one point went to another customer altogether and then came back to me. I’ve been able to get in and out in under an hour at other nail places, so I really thought the time this took was ridiculous.
The place was decent enough, although I thought the chairs were pretty old and dirty and super uncomfortable to sit in, which definitely didn’t help how long I was sitting there waiting.
The guy doing my nails was nice but very rough when pushing back my cuticles and continued to be rough even after I said something.
One thing I did like is this purple gel they put your hands and feet in. It’s really hot at first and then cools and dries and after your skin is really soft.
Overall I had a pretty bad experience though. Having just moved here, I was anxious to find a new nail place but it seems I will have to keep looking!

This isn’t my normal nail place but I needed a fill before I went on vacation and didn’t make an appt and they had time to do it. The fill wasn’t even the lengths of the nails were not the same. It was painful and she made me bleed a few times. And twenty dollars for a fill? Just ridiculous.

I came here for a polish change on my nails and toes. Polish job wasn’t that great. When I went to pay it was $ 20… For a freakin polish change! I mean I can pay it but What a rip off lol. Other places only charge $ 7 – 8.

Nice, gentle and awesome massage. I will be back.

I have never written a Unilocal review but my experience at this nail salon has inspired me to write one. It was HORRIBLE. It was my first time there. I went in with my mom and sister. My full set (white tip) turned out horrible with little hairs and little bubbles all over. I even told them and they did nothing about it. Anyways-​whatever. I went to pay for us 3 (2 pedis, 1 mani, 1 partial pedi– just paint, 1 full set, 3 designs total) they charged us $ 135! What a rip off! I told them to break the prices down for me and they had added $ 15 for each person for each design. They added $ 5 to my full set just because they used their white tips (WTH?!) We went to get our nails done for my wedding. You can say I’m a little upset…
What I’m trying to say is– If you want a better quality at a cheaper price, go to ANY other nail salon and you’ll find it.

I love this nail salon & now it is the only salon I will go to! After my experience with Nail Design in factoria (read their remarks on Unilocal,speaks for itself) Purity is the way to go.
I live in Issaquah, but will drive the 20 – 30 minutes to go to this salon. The prices are very reasonable & the service is spectacular. The pedicures are by far the most relaxing treatment you will get. Everything that goes into a pedicure at Purity, you will spend close to $ 75 at Gene Juarez for THE SAME TREATMENT! Yes the atmosphere and ambiance are great at Gene Juarez, bur in this economy, no way… I will give my money to Purity and get the same great treatments.
I have never left this salon disappointed and never really had to wait for then literally 2 – 3 minutes to be helped.
