Cant say how the service might have been… I too am a Living Social victim. I originally scheduled an appointment with Leen Clean in October. They did not show! …stuff happens. I called back and left 3 messages. No reply… I called again, and the mailbox is currently FULL. … I was very excited to try out the HandyMan service. I love to support local/​small businesses, but I wont be making any further attempts with this one in particular. What waste of time.

If I could give negative stars I would. Bought a Living Social deal for 4 hours of services last month to have a handyman come and set up a few things in our new house before we moved in… install garage door opener, hang curtain rods, mount tv brackets, change the locks and knobs, etc.
We pushed our moving day back to accommodate the handyman’s schedule so handyman could come and get everything done to make the house more move-​in ready. My husband took a half day off work to be there.
But they didn’t show up. They didn’t call. They marked the LS deal as redeemed on the merchant side. They didn’t answer the phone. Voicemail was full. I know because I basically blacked out in anger and tried 8 times in a row.
Please shut your business down because it’s trash. You’re a scam Colleen.

I bought a living social deal back in May. It literally took 5 months to receive an appointment because no one would answer the phone or call back. I finally was about to book an appointment for today and they are a no show! I feel robbed. I’m reporting them to the BBB. I want a refund! Steer clear of this cleaning service!!!

I should have read the reviews before getting a Livingsocial coupon and booking a cleaning appointment. I got through and was able to book an appointment pretty easily. But the cleaning company did not show up on the day of the appointment! If I were you, I would get a refund for your Livingsocial coupon and don’t even bother!

Like many of you, I purchased through an online deal as well. I called multiple times and the voice mailbox is full. I sent an email, and still have not heard from them. I am going to try to get a refund from Groupon right now. I should’ve read the reviews prior to my purchase.

I bought a living social deal from this company. I do like the cleaning! My home is spotless with a few missed areas here and there, but I would recommend them!
Coleen is a very talkative person, but she gets the job done and strives to please the customer. Thanks Coleen, see ya next month!

I can’t say anything about the service because no one ever showed up to the appointment I made 2 months in advance.
I got a deal on living social in May 2014, called and left a message. Got a call back the next day in which the person said that she was only taking Living Social vouchers on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that her next available appointment was on July 10^th at 9am. I said O.K. that’s great, schedule me in. Next she asked me if I had any special cleaning products and I said No. She then said «well you know I just wanted to check that you weren’t a Hippy» I thought that was a weird statement.
Fast Forward to July 10^th, 9am arrives No show, my father leaves a message, 10am arrives still no show, my father leaves another message. Needless to say no one ever showed up or called back for that matter. Who does that to their potential clients? And I was was a potential once a week client. Not anymore.

I do NOT recommend this business to clean your home. We took advantage of an online promotion and were very disappointed. 2 people arrived an hour late and did a terrible job with my move-​in cleaning. Floors, appliances, cupboards interior and exteriors were left dirty. I sent a text to Colleen (one of the cleaners) about my dissatisfaction and it was ignored. I then sent an email to John (the owner) asking for a resolution and it was also ignored. Once the company has your money, their service and customer service are terrible or non-​existent.
