Transunion is not an honest company. They are not a transparent company. Expect sneaky dishonest practice.
On their website, they do not give consumers the correct mailing address to contact them at for credit dispute purposes. When I tried sending mail to the address listed on their site at: PO BOX 2000, USPS verified that there is no such PO BOX 2000 in Chester PA. After searching on google for a while, I found below address, and USPS was able to verify that below PO box does exist.

I also would recommend sending a letter to the address listed on Unilocal to be extra sure they get your dispute letter.
Make sure you check frequently/​yearly for the credit report company addresses. These credit report companies are known to be sneaky and will often change PO Boxes so that consumers cannot reach them. Disgusting business practice, so beware!

I took advantage of my annual free credit report at
and when I accessed my report at TransUnion, I paid $ 9.95 to also receive my credit score. I made the mistake of not printing it out right away and when I went back to do so, I was unable to access it.
Call #1: When I called customer service, the woman I initially spoke to told me that I was unable to print it anyway, and I basically just paid $ 10 to view it. I don’t think so. When I disagreed, THEN, she told me I just needed to have my login info reset and I would be able to access it. She rest my info, but I still couldn’t access it.
Call #2: I explained that resetting my info didn’t work. The next woman I spoke to told me that I needed to go to a different website to access my credit score (???). Okay, I tried that, but it didn’t work. Once again, it was telling me that I had to pay for my credit score.
Call #3: I spoke to the rudest man ever, who wouldn’t listen to what I was saying, was talking over me and was insisting on information that was incorrect. I finally had to just hang up on him and call back because he refused to transfer me to anyone else.
Call #4: I finally spoke to a gentleman who canceled my previous transaction and I had to re-​pay (this time $ 17.95 for a monthly service because, somehow, just paying $ 9.95 for my credit score was no longer available). I did that, but had the gentleman wait on the phone until I filled out all of my information again, got my credit score AND printed it out (which, by the way, was 60 points lower than it was 90 minutes earlier when I initially paid for it. Yes, I was on the phone with FOUR different TransUnion reps for 90 minutes. GREAT way to spend a Sunday). Once I had my credit score, I had the guy cancel my membership.
In addition, I told my husband to keep a close eye on his bank account just in case those two transactions were not removed.
Also, all four employees that I spoke to told me that there was no record of my paying for the credit score, so it must not have gone through. But it did. Until I gave them the credit card number that I used and told them that it already showed up on my husband’s bank statement, then all of a sudden, they all saw that I was, indeed, charged.
DO NOT trust these people! Very shady! I will never deal with them again! What a complete waste of my day!

Transunion employees are RUDE! Every time I speak to one, they are rude and can’t hear what I am saying! Plus they have wrong info on my file but insist I HAVE to keep on sending proof that it is correct! They are not doing their job and the only reason I am dealing with them, is to lift a stupid credit freeze!

Did you know that if someone (like Quicken Loans) checks your credit without your consent that Transunion will not investigate, nor will they remove the «hit» on your credit report that can drop your credit score as much as 20 points???
It’s true. And try resolving it with someone who doesn’t speak English. Their offices or customer service are in India.
AND that is who is determining your credit score.
