Innovavative Home Concepts was Started by Rhett Wilborn, a second generation home improvement contractor with over 18 years of experience.
Innovative’s staff is made up of experienced industry experts to make your home improvement project not only carefree but actually an enjoyable process.

Rhett W.
Business Owner
Lifetime Chicagoan and second generation remodeling contractor, Rhett worked his way up from the bottom. He starting as an installer in 1989, right out of high school (Crystal Lake South) and worked his way through college (University of Iowa) before commiting to working for his father full time.
He held the positions of installer, crew leader, sales representative, and sales manager before starting Innovative Home Concepts in the beginning of 2005.
