Very pleased with their service! We had been without hot water for 3 days. We originally had Ace Heating & Cooling come out, BIG mistake! After waiting a day to come out then wasting two days for them to get parts and still couldn’t fix it. I called McHenry Heating and Air, it was quick and easy. They offered to send someone out the same day. The technician Butch was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get it running in 10 minutes and even gave us tips on how to prevent the problem in the future. So happy I called them!
