I have been servicing my furnace with these folks now for the last 5 years. And it has been a pleasant experience except for this year. I called in again for a furnace tune up in Dec 2015 and that was completed. Soon after one of my furnaces would sporadically not start up. The technician came back and determined it was the furnace door and I was charged for the service call and the cost to fix the door switch. Within a couple weeks I had to call them back again as the problem was reoccurg. This time the technician came and determined it was the gas value. He told me he would not charge me for the service call or labor and would only charge me for the part, however I was charged upwards of 300 dollars and I find it hard to believe that the gas value would cost that much.

Great service from this heating company. Very nice serviceman Richard did a wonderful job replacing my furnace blower. Mike was very kind on the phone. I would recommend using this company.

Affordable Heating installed my Bryant heat & AC system 7 years ago. The quality of work was great and the price was very reasonable. I have them do an annual tuneup as well Yesterday Richard came for the system tuneup. As he was going through the gate to get to the AC unit the gate came off the hinges and fell off. Knowing that I am disabled and one of my dogs is blind Richard fixed the gate and adjusted the hinges so that the gate worked properly and my dogs would not be able to get out. What a great guy!!! I’ve used these guys on both homes, and they have always been on time, always been polite, and have been reasonably priced. Biggest complement is they have had more than one opportunity to rip me off, but their techs are good people, and charge honestly. Bottom line is how much will it cost… I think this is the company you want to use.

On New Years Day, 2012, our furnace «coughed»… the gas ignited, but the blower didn’t turn on… until my partner whacked it a few times with a hammer… The beast worked ever since, but got us to seriously think of finally replacing it. The furnace was probably put in sometime during the 50’s… massive.

These guys were awesome! They had 2 guys come to tear out the old furnace, and about 2 hours later another guy showed up to pick up the pieces and haul it away.
They completed the job in about 7 hours, and they even took off and replaced the exhaust from my water heater that was installed incorrectly (…um, by us). at no additional charge… all day working in a basement crammed with items not seen or moved in 20 years.
