Just had a furnace tune-​up from Earl’s and I am 100% satisfied with the service and the price. Technician was prompt, courteous, dealt well with a mess (this was the first time anyone has touched the furnace in about 10 years), answered my questions, and gave great recommendations for moving forward with a replacement. That’s not happening this year, but when we do want the furnace replaced and central AC installed, there is no doubt that we will consider Earl’s.

Earl is amazing! We called him after 8 pm with no heat, but he said he was at another customer’s but would call when he was done. About an hour later, he called and came over. He called a handful of places but none of them had the part in stock unfortunately. The next day we were able to find the part and he came over quickly to install it. Not only did he come over quickly, but he was professional, friendly and very reasonable! Keep up the great job Earl!

Friendly, professional and fast! Our AC went out (BTW it is about 100 degrees out with a week more of that forecasted). Even though it was a Sunday night, Earl was out in 30 minutes and had our problem fixed in short order. He was honest, did a great job and I would not hesitate to call again!
