History

Established in 1980.

After working for other companies for several years in his youth and «learning the ropes» of construction, home improvement and commercial property upgrades and rehabs, David ventured out on his own as CDM General Contracting 34 years ago. David has always had an eye for the esthetic and his ability to contribute with design and finish ideas brings an added value to his customers.

CDM has weathered the storms of the economy, downsizing when necessary and growing as the economy and market rebounds. It is a testament to David’s drive and determination to provide the best services for your hard-​earned money while still being a smart businessman who can roll with the tides of our economy.

David Monicatti has over 37 years’ experience in the building trades, 34 of which he has been a licensed and bonded General Contractor. His expertise and eye for detail has kept clients coming back again and again to benefit from his wealth of knowledge and skills.

With over 37 years in the building trades and over 23 years as a General Contractor, CDM/​David Monicatti has the experience to handle almost any project or job in a professional and timely manner.
