If I could do less I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with the ‘work’ done. Over $ 1300 on brakes, disc and all this about making sure to get name brand… to have it brake down twice! It’s unacceptable this place endangered the lives of my family. This type of lazy work is unforgivable and Ernesto you are a fraud.

Want to say thank you to Ernesto and Tony for your work on my vehicle. I had previously taken my vehicle to Pep Boys for a coolant flush. Pep Boys staff was not able to work on my vehicle, let alone they gave me an absurd diagnoses which I knew was wrong. Took my car to New Age explained my thoughts on what I felt the issue was and they were able to fix the issue on my vehicle. As a customer I took the time to learn about my car issues and on the end of the New Age staff they took the time to listen to my concerns and use their knowledge in diagnosing and fixing the issue on my car. Thank you again

I really liked this place when I first met the mechanic, but I then spent thousands of dollars replacing my power steering pump and when it was clearly not installed right (it made a groaning sound every time I turned the wheel immediately after this part was replaced) they insisted that there was no problem and it was because the part was «so new» it needed to be broken in.
After a second and third opinion I came to the conclusion that it was improperly installed. I informed them of what the other shops said and they refused to fix the issue or refund any on the cost. I ended up having to have the same part replaced 6 months later after it completely failed and started leaking power steering fluid everywhere.

Worst auto shop ever! I had my thermostat done at their shop and within 2 months my check engine went on and it showed up as my thermostat is broken. Before I found out at the dealership, I took my car to their shop first. My check engine was on and after they checked, IT WENT OFF! They must have find out they did an awful job on my thermostat and wanted to hide it. My car constantly ran on hot after their awful work. I am not racist, they speak Spanish to each other. Who knows what they did to your car??? They were rude and impatient. Mostly importantly, they were not skilled mechanics. Not recommended

Great place to change your tires! I had a flat tire and this place was so quick! 10 min and I was out! $ 15 ! ! ! Great service with a smile! There is a new management so don’t read the old reviews

I met Tony when my car hood would not open. For free they fixed it. Tony gave me his card and said next time give me business. And business I gave them. 10 years later and three cars later they are still my garage.

Don’t know what happened to such a great place.
My wife and I have brought our cars here for the past five years. Used to think they were taking care of us. Till we recently had three repairs in a row that were botched and had to be taken elsewhere. One of those bad repairs was a referral to a friend.
We spent a lot of money with them over the years, in the end they left us out to dry. Had to take our business elsewhere.

Easy peasy.
Nothing sets the tone for your day better than discovering a flat tire on your way to work at 5:30 AM (I’m a barista. My shifts begin at 6 AM). Took a Lyft to work, then on the bus ride home, I called New Age Auto Repair since they are literally across the street from my place when Ernesto answered and happily told me they would take care of me.
I embarrassingly rolled my injured jalopy into their lot where they almost immediately took my car in. Tony had me wait in the office where I watched Spanish novelas with Ernesto, who was kind enough to offer me some of his lunch and actually engaged me in a conversation (super friendly, super social guy).
In about an hour (they had to grab my tire size from another shop), my tire was fixed and when I was expecting a $ 150 bill, it was a mere $ 85.
It was a good experience — absolutely no beef with my service today.
Will definitely return.

Ive gone to Ernesto for over the past year when ANYTHING goes wrong with my car, he always goes above and beyond to fix my car and is very reasonable. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Amazing service. I ran over the largest bolt in the freakin world on my way to work. Completely pissed off I drove my car to the closest shop. When I got there Ernesto greeted me and let me vent to him about the situation. Then after that him and his employee Jessie work on repairing my tire. I was certain that I would be spending my day tracking down the rare tire size for my car do to the absolutely massive bolt that was imbedded so deep I’m my tire that they had to use an air wrench to take it out. Toy delight they were able to repair the tire. Thanks to the relentless efforts of Ernesto and his team at new age tires my tire was repaired and I was back in the road without losing a day of work trying to find a replacement tire. The customer service at new age is top notch. I highly recommend you bring you car to new age tire if you are in need of help. You will find quality and

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I had a tire blow out and I brought it here, being the closest place. I nursed my truck in and saw the tire was a goner. The mechanic changed the tire for me and put the blown tire in the back of my SUV. He had to remove the center cap to remove the tire.
As I was now in the market for tires, he offered to put together a tire deal and call me. He never did.
My problem had to be addressed, so the next day I bought a set from a place close to home. They mentioned the center cap was missing.
I called New Age and the guy told me that they were closed, but come over as they were «having fun», whatever that meant.
I pulled up and saw the guy who changed my flat. He saw my new tires and a smirk came over his face. I asked for the cap and he said it didn’t have one! A complete lie. I mentioned it did but he denied it again. Lied to my face, I suspect because he missed the sale.
I chose not to argue the point with this smirking SOB. I felt good I was not the one standing there covered in grease after the shop closed. FU, pal.
I’ll never go back and I hope no one does.
I see they had their license revoked! No surprise there.

Great service! Very fast and reasonable. Had all four struts done with alignment and it’s driving on a cloud. Ernesto is very nice and explained everything up front.

Last week I brought my 2007 Honda Pilot (with 60K miles) to New Age Auto to have the shocks replaced. Ernesto took care of me by providing transportation back to where I needed to be so I did not have to wait. They completed the job and returned the car before the promised completion time and the Pilot is running like a champ. I priced out the job with other shops before bringing it to New Age who had the most competitive pricing. Excellent service and excellent work; thank you New Age Auto.

It’s so sad to write this because I have been going to this place for 2yrs! I have spent over $ 3,000 with these guys but the last job was the worst!!!
Little jobs, such as oil change, tire rotations, ect. are okay, but big professional jobs, go somewhere else… Need to get my Intake Manifold and oil gasket replaced. Was not done right… took car home and green antifreeze everywhere (i have a SUV I’m only suppose to have the orange antifreeze.) I am told by someone who knows cars «antifreeze flows through part of the intake manifold probably near the thermostat. some bolts may be loose or the gasket was installed incorrectly. the smoke is from the antifreeze leaking into the engine and burning it with the fuel giving the O2 sensors a different reading making the check engine light come on.» They didn’t do a good job and you need it to be done by a professional. …even after 11 days with my car in the shop, I am still having problems… I have to fork up more money to put into fixing a $ 900 job done wrong. These guys are nice, but sadly, with big jobs, go to Professionals!

NEVER GO HERE, EVER!
Very long story, but after a long relationship with these guys the last time I took my car in for a minor leak, and after doing a bunch of work on my car that had no relation to the original problem they kept my car for over a week without contact.
After I contacted the owner to ask what was going on he told me that HE BROKE MY CAR.
I can write a book about all the things they did wrong and all the empty promises made by this place.
Long story short… save your car from disaster and your money and NEVER GO THERE!

Honest, reasonably priced and amazing customer service!

Came here because my low tire pressure light was on. They checked the tires and didn’t find anything wrong, filled the tires with air and told me to come back if the light came back, which it didn’t. The mechanic was very nice and helpful and didn’t charge me anything

I went to New Age Auto on the recommendation of a friend and was very happy with the service. I needed front and rear brakes and a oil change for my 2002 Chevy Silverado truck. The bill came out to $ 412. Which was about $ 200 less then I would have paid my old automotive repair shop for the same service. I highly recommend them and they are ASC certified which means they must maintain high quality standards.

These guys take your car in and work on things you didn’t give them permission to work on. Then charge you some ridiculous amount.
My check engine light went on and they were close to the place I gas up so I said, might as well. Worst idea ever…
They said it was my breaks took my car in then called me to pick it up. When I got there they charged me for breaks $ 600, $ 150 an hour for labor 6hrs, inspection charges, fix my windshield wipers, and all these random things.
I argued with the owner over my $ 2000 bill and finally he took off $ 300. BTW breaks usually cost $ 250 and only 2 hrs to fix usually $ 75 labor an hr, a $ 400 job at max!
Worst experience ever! After this happened I looked on the net and started to read all these complaints.

I got my tired patched up for $ 25.
Went around 11 am and job the got finished in 20 – 30 mins.
If you want to get your tired patched up in no time, I’d suggest this place.
