The Shade and Drape Depot

I ordered cotton Roman shades with black out. Olga was incredibly knowledgeable and has a great eye for design. The prices and service is great. They’re Very professional and I highly recommend them.

Olga and her crew are amazing! They are reliable, knowledgeable, and have great prices! I searched several different companies in the culver city area, they are hands down the best! I love that there is only a 2 hour window for arrival times. Makes my day more available. The installation at the office was quick! Also a plus, they clean up after themselves. While the tech was installing one of the roller shades, Olga noticed a slight (I didn’t notice it) discoloration on one of the shades. She insisted on switching it out (at no charge). They came back a few days later to change it out, no hassle. Olga and the team ROCK!

I had called other places and was discouraged until I called The Shade and Drape Depot. Olga was professional, helpful and made an appointment for me right away. Herman was right on time and was extremely informative, as well as helpful. This is the kind of old school customer service that I really miss. I am now a customer of this business for life.

They are just great!!! I got quotes from various people and not only were they competitively priced/​very reasonable, they also had great quality product and installation and were very professional and patient as I did not make up my mind right away. Olga is amazing. She came to the house and measured everything. The guys who came to install were incredible — did an amazing job! I can’t say enough good things. I had them make flat fold roman shades, one of which was for a really large window and I could not be happier with the way they turned out!

This place is wonderful! I got several estimates before deciding on the Shade and Drape Depot and I definitely feel I made the right choice. Olga came out to my house and was wonderful. She is no pushy or sales-​ey. She immediately understood the style of my home and my taste, and showed me several great options at different price points. She clearly explained the differences between thee choices and I felt she was very genuine. Installation was professional, and actually happened sooner than promised. Olga even filled out the rebate form and emailed it to me. Communication was always super smooth and easy. All around great customer service. I will be using them again when I am ready to get to the remaining windows in my new home. I can recommend this place without any reservation — which almost never happens with home-​improvement related services.

I had Roman shades and drapes made. They turned out great and work beautifully. I used some of their material, but I also wanted a special fabric and they were glad to work with me. They also did a great job installing them. I will definitely be using them again for my window covering needs.

These guys are great! I had a nice girl named Olga helping me. She was knowledgable and helpful with a few creative ideas for my family room, fabric, length and style etc. Couldn’t be happier with the results! Her experience and expertise in the field were above and beyond the last company I used. And in my NURSERY I have black out curtains on the windows but there is still a stream of sunlight that shines between the window cill and the curtain. But Olga created and installed a piece that blocks the light out! And you would never notice its there. No more ugly tape and no more baby waking when the sun comes up!!!
And most important… She was VERY reasonably priced, on time and efficient!
