If you’re FED-​UP with these A** HOLES, contact your local POLICE DEPARTMENT & fill out a HARASSING TELEMARKETER REPORT. Then use the report to SUE them in COURT.

6 week project took 6 months and still had to complain to the California Contractors State License Board; Complaint went to arbitration and Triangle had to pay to undo their shoddy work and provide the funds to get it done it correctly by another company. Beware as they do not supervise workers and you may find different men on the job each day.

Here is an article of someone who actually sued them and won a small-​claims settlement for violation of Do-​Not-​Call-​List violations.

This is the most unreputable construction company in the entire Los Angeles basin.
Do not use them if you care about your home.
They will totally destroy your house and everything in it. It will cost you $ 1000s to get a reputable construction company to correct all of their mistakes.

You guys, there is no such thing as a national «do not call» list. You have to individually ask the companies when they call you to not call you anymore, or simply tell them they have the wrong number. That’s the only way to stop the calls. I’ve never worked at this particular call center, but I’ve had call center jobs before so there you have it. Again, there is no such thing as a national do not call list. It is arguable that when you enter your information into those databases, you are actually signing yourself up for more calls.
Also, when you’re asking someone to not call you anymore, there is no need to be rude about it. Just politely ask and they will likely take care of it for you. If you are hostile or cursing on the phone, the person who called you will probably set you up for more calls on purpose, like dispo-​ing the call as a call back or a no answer (which will make you get a call every 30 minutes in some cases). Sucks, I know, but that’s what some of them do. Personally when I’ve been asked to take someone off a call list, I have no problem doing so, because I personally have no desire to call someone who isn’t interested and is going to waste my time, not to mention their own time. I could be on the line with an interested client.
In any case, politeness goes a longer way. Ask politely to be taken off the list. It’ll probably work better for you. Those people are simply doing their jobs, and many of them aren’t aware that someone has already called you, especially if they are new to the call center that they are calling you from.
Also keep in mind it can take up to 72 hours for the DNC to go into effect after you’ve made the request.

These people remain a rude boiler room operation with no regard for requests to not call after being informed that my number is listed on all the do not call lists.
I firmly believe that anything posted on Unilocal about this company that is positive in any way is written by a company shill. They lie about their relationships with the City (they said they have a contract with the city to call me)
Their business practices are shady at best and probably illegal.

Their telemarketing department calls me like every other day, eventhough my number is on «DO NOT CALL LIST». They don’t take NO for an answer. They called again this morning. The company’s manager goes by the name «Ben Hassialim». I called him multiple times to stop this harassment but he never answers. I’ve recorded all the conversations with their rude agents. This makes no sense financially for any self respecting company. If you’re going to make me hate you so much, how in this world you think I’ll ever give you a penny. By the way, everytime they call they use a different phony name and number, but it’s always the same person, same address, same voice… .Edit: They just called me again. I talked to their agent Nicole and when she found out I was recording the conversation she hung up on me. Little she knows I got bunch of recording of her saying she’s going to remove the number but she never does. I’ve had it with them. Time to make a false appointment next time they call to get them here and won’t let them leave till cops get here. Have to deal with this guy once and for all.
2^nd Edit: The owner private messages me and asks me to edit the message. Here’s a public warning for you Mr. Ben Hassialim. You harass me and I will continue on by building my case against your illegal activities by recording the conversations that are forced upon me by your employees against my wish. Your so called «business» has violated me in so many levels. I work night shifts so your constant day time harassment has caused me serious damage. I have family members who are suffering from serious medical conditions so I never turn off my phone. Your company takes advantage of this exact personal problem to get to me by using illegal techniques. Mr. Ben Hassialim, I suggest that you stop this harassment as fast as you can. Like I said I’m ready to take this to the next level. Again, for your information I have documented your illegal activities in the form of audio and video.

I finally found the owner name, company name, location and phone number of these people who call me constantly from «The Home Company» and «Jonathan’s Home Company.» This scam that is owned by Ben Hassidim. Company name is Triangle Construction, 11 122 W. Washington Blvd., Culver City, CA 90 232 — 310−645−8080. The Federal Do Not Call list means nothing to these disreputable people. Here are the phone numbers that I have been called from; 310−822−3669, 805−308−2793; by these people just today!!! Any company that has no respect for the law could not and should not be trusted with any home project! Beware!

I had 2 projects that I needed help with:
1. Adding space in my little closet
2. adding a custom built-​in desk in a small nook.
I will start off by saying the changes that they made to the closet was dramatic, made so much more usable room out of such a small space. Then came the desk, I was in need of a built in desk for an odd shaped nook. Rather than making me a custom built in desk, Ben was honest enough to suggest a more cost effective, pre-​built solution that I was able to install myself.
I truly appreciated the fact that he came to me with this solution.
I would highly recommend them anytime, it was a pleasant experience all the way through

A Representative came out on a Tuesday to look at our master bathroom, spent 1 ½ hours evaluating the project and told my husband and me that we would get an estimate by Friday or at the latest on Monday.
Today it’s been two weeks and NOBODY has called with an estimate. I have called the company at least four times asking for the person who came to our home and I’m always told they are out of the office and they will leave them a message. Still nothing.
The last time I spoke to someone they said there was no record our our consultation. I was told that the owner of the company will look into it and call me back. That was a week ago and STILL NOTHING!
They obviously do not need my business and if this is an indication of their customer service, they are unlikely to get my business. I would strongly encourage others to avoid the frustration and pass this company on by when looking for a contractor. If I could rate them lower than 0 I would, but I would recommend taking your business to someone who will respect you as a customer.

Uses spoofed phone numbers for telemarketing calls then calls constantly :-(issues complaint on Do Not Call Registry… doesn’t seem to matter. Now I just hang up on them!!!

These are the guys that walk around hassling us and our neighbors in west L.A. They must really enjoy violating the Do Not Call List, but they never stop hustling!

My suggestion to everyone who is being harassed by this unscrupulous company is to file a joint lawsuit against them for violating the Do Not Call List, as well as harassment. Then file complaints with the BBB. Companies like this need to be shut down!

If I could give negative stars I would. They call too much. Come on, I have an answering machine for a reason. Leave a message! But no, they just keep calling and wondering why I don’t answer. I have been receiving cold calls from Triangle Construction several times a week for years now. They just called again this morning using yet another spoofed phone number. They constantly change the number that shows up on your caller ID. So, as soon as you block one number, they immediately start calling again from another one. I no longer answer telemarketing calls, but in the past I have repeatedly told them that I am on the Do Not Call list. They don’t care. One guy actually laughed and asked me how that was working for me. I’ve also had them scream obscene things at me when I ask them to stop calling.
Whatever you do DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. If they have to market themselves this way then clearly they cannot rely on repeat business or referrals to keep them going. That tells me that they do bad work and will sc*** you the first chance they get.
Please, stop letting these jerks come out to your house to give an estimate. It’s the only way to make them stop using harassing phone calls to drum up business.

Unlike other reviewers, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Triangle Construction, which has earned the distinction of being my go-​to-​construction company. I have used them for both painting and plumbing work and have consistently found them to be professional, reliable and affordable. I also have yet to receive a «cold call» from them.

Triangle Construction can’t obey the law much less respect common courtesy. You’ll be glad you checked here first.

I get a call from the Triangle Construction, Inc. sweatshop telemarketers twice a month, informing me a representative will be in the area next week and offering a free estimate. I tell her «Do not call. We are on that National Do Not Call Registry, your harassment is unwelcome, do not call, take us off your list.» or «Do not send a representative, he is unwelcome here, he’ll be trespassing.»
Tuesday the doorbell rings. «What can I do for you?»
«We were just in the neighborhood, and I was just down the street talking to your friendly neighbors about…»
«You didn’t answer my question. What can I do for you?»
«I can give you a free estimate…» still not answering my question.
«Please don’t stand on my bulbs, get out of the flower bed.»
He hands me his flyer printed in blue same on both sides, which I refuse, and then tramples the budding grass I planted last week. «Please get off my lawn.»
«God-​damn, you don’t have to be so hostile.»
«Get off my property.» He could’ve gotten further into the conversation if he had been conscientious to begin with and been able to follow instructions. Cursing crossed the line.
«Let me just leave a…»
«Don’t leave anything, don’t leave angry, just leave.»
He wrote something on the flyer folded in half and littered my doorstep with it, trampling the bulbs again.
«Get off my property. Do you need a Sheriff-​deputy escort? Get off my land, don’t come back, you’re not welcome here.»
I picked up the flyer, tore it in half, and handed it to him, «…take your trash with you.»
Apparently he has angered other homeowners because he took a defensive position and only now did he back away towards the sidewalk. He didn’t accept the flyer when I tried to hand it back to him. When I tried to stuff it in his pocket he shouted «Don’t touch me!» and threw it on the ground.
«Get off my land! If you come back you’ll be charged with trespassing.»
He walked backwards waving his fist on the air shouting a string of obscenities that would make a sailor blush.
I went inside and close the door.
Three minutes later he came back to write down my address, made special effort to trample the freshly planted grass and jump onto the flower bed, then littered my doorstep with his flyer once more.
I opened the door and stepped out «You really want a shotgun don’t you?»
He was screaming obscenities as I reminded him he was not welcome here and that he was trespassing.
He crossed the street cursing and swearing, and I picked up his fresh litter tore it in half, closed the door and tossed it in the recycle bin.
10 minutes later my telephone rings unknown name, unknown number, «Oh good, it’s the Asshole…» he said, same guy.
«Do not call, take us off your list, you are not permitted to call here, please stop harassing…» he hung up.
He called right back and I recorded his death threats and other terrorist threats.
Unknown name, unknown number called back three times in the next hour. I should’ve taken his picture because when I went outside with a camera to see if he was still hanging around I found his balled-​up flyer stuffed into the base of my freshly shattered lawn gnome. I left it where it was, went inside to call the sheriff and retrieved the first flyer from the recycle bin. At the bottom in the space labeled REF: he wrote «Fuck You».
If the guy who speaks English can’t respect my property or take simple instruction without adding insult to injury, I can only imagine what harm he will instruct the same guys I can pick up out in front of Home Depot to harm my home with a hammer.

The company cold-​called my house this morning.
— When I asked them why they were calling, they told me that as I wasn’t the owner of the house, «[I] ask too many questions.»
— When I told the man on the phone that my parents didn’t speak English very well and I tended to speak for them, he waspishly told me that «…this is why he spoke many languages.»
— After I asked him to not call back, he asked if we were on the Do Not Call Registry. When I confirmed we were, he asked if we had renewed. Then he told me he’d call back and hung up on me.
The bottom line: if they call you, you need to take an agressive approach toward them, and tell them not to contact you again.
