Advanced Appliances Repair

I am very sad to say that I have to update my previous review for this company. Mike never went to my rental house personally to fix my dishwasher, instead he sent someone else. After about 1 week or so, my dishwasher started not draining again (the same exact problem as before). I called Mike and expected the same patience and understanding that I got from him the first time before he got my business. I left him a message, and after awhile when he called me back and I explained to him that my dishwasher was still not draining, he seemed very irritated and upset with me. His tone of voice was not friendly; he was rude, and continued to tell me that the problem is our fault because the dishes are not being rinsed, and that he offers no warranties of any kind. I explained to him that a year down the road, I can understand if he didn’t want to offer me a warranty, but only after a week or so, if the problem still exists, I would at the very least expect him to go and look at it before guessing, take care of the problem and not charge me again unless if it’s a new issue causing the problem. His told me that he is not going to send his repair guy over to my house to fix my nasty, dirty dishwasher and not charge me again.
This is extremely unprofessional and rude language to use, extremely bad customer service, and just simply wrong.
I have already told everyone I know how unhappy I am with this company, and I will NEVER EVER use them again.

Fantastic service with very fair pricing. Great communication even after he left to make sure things were working properly. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing appliance repair work done.

What a great guy! Realized when he arrived he had done a repair for me thru a property management company almost 7 years ago. He did an awesome job then and even better now!!! This guy is the real deal. No gimmicks, if he says it, believe it. Very trustworthy!

I would call these guy back in a heartbeat. Super professional and super fast. After a self-​cleaning cycle my oven stopped heating. A quick google search told me that was a common problem, but taking out the oven and replacing the fuse myself? No, that could result in disaster. So I gave these guys a call and Alex was able to come by the same day. He called first and he was very friendly. He gave me an estimate prior to beginning work and within 1 hour, I had a working oven and the price was more than reasonable. One thing I noticed was that Alex was extra careful not to cause any damage to floors or make a mess while he was working. I really appreciated that.
Like I said, I’ll definitely call this business again and I’ll probably request Alex.

This review is long overdue! We aquired a washer and dryer set with a home purchase. Within 8 mo, the dryer stopped working. We called Advanced Appliance and Mike came out and spent a lot of time on our dryer. After trying to fix the dryer and clean the vent, he left us with a working dryer. Within a couple of days, our already damaged dryer (thanks to the previous homeowner) was not working again. We called Mike back and he returned. He worked over and over again to get our dryer running. After three visits and new parts we decided to retire the dryer. Thank you Mike for your professionalism, promptness and determination! We hope nothing else breaks, but if so, we will use your services again!

Best appliance repair service I’ve used in years. I had problems with my microwave and called Advanced Appliances Repair. I described the problem. The technician said it would require a specific part and that he’d check the price and call back and he did. He gave me a quote and set an appointment for the next day, giving us a two hour window. He made the appointment and replaced the part as described. The service was quick and reliable. The technician really knew what he was doing and the company met their commitments. I always try to support local businesses. In this case, the local business was better than anyone else we could have found. The next time I have a problem with any appliance I’m contacted Advanced Appliances Repair. They do great work for a good price and they honor their commitments.
