Laredos

Stopped in to pass some time as my car was getting serviced across the street. The Dos xx was cold, the chips could have been a little fresher, the chorizo cheese dip could have been a little larger for the price paid. The service was great.

Hmmmm… well okay the food isn’t bad. The service really slacked tonight Daniel was the worst server in here ever. I asked for the chicken soup and this dude came in with a small bowl and when I asked him replace it with the big bowl he acted like he went back to the kitchen but he came back within 10 seconds and said oh they already put the soup away. What kind of service is that? I still tip the guy pretty good but I won’t let him serve me ever again. It’s a shame when you work across the street and this guy doesn’t even take care of you needless to say I am not going to be coming in here very often with service like that. The girls during the day are pretty good but this guy total slacker.

We went for lunch today and had great food from exceptionally friendly staff. I’ll be back soon for another of their $ 5.99 lunch specials.

Worst service and wait staff ever! Second time here and probably won’t be back. Waited 30 min for a drink and watched others around us get service. We have a party of 10 and his tip just went down the drain. Maybe one day their service will be as good as the food!!!

Worst Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. Have you ever had bland Mexican Food?!? Service was ok, but I like good flavor. Even my kids hated it!

Service could be better, but the tortilla soup is very good. They don’t give you very much salsa on the to-​go orders, make sure you ask for extra salsa

WATCH YOUR RECEIPT! There are a few female waitresses that add items to your bill to increase their ticket average and this also raises their tip. This has happened three times to me while dining with my family. I thought when it happened the first time that it was an oversight, however, on the second and third occasion, I knew it was a scam. If you dine there, ask for a new hire to wait on your table.

Stay sway! No customer service, food is below average and the servers are more interested in socializing with each other than serving customers. I will NOT be back. (Oh, and the lights flicker like their main switch console is bad)…

Terrible service; manager’s mother was our server and was very dismissive and rude. Took over an hour to get our food and it was wrong. By the time they corrected it, we weren’t hungry any more and they didn’t seem to care. Took our complaints to manager and much of the same. Never went back again!

Stopped in Sunday’s lunch. Four orders, two totally messed up, never corrected after repeated attempts. Our biggest issue is that the server failed to bring a manager over to remedy the poor service. The server said sorry as she dropped off the bill for the full amount including messed up orders that were never fixed. Well, lesson learned, one more customer never coming back.

I was a little surprised and weary of this place after reading the reviews beforehand. But, after just moving up here near Ga53 we don’t have a lot of options from what we’ve discovered.
We’ve been twice and both times although there was a wait we never waited longer than 10 minutes. My wife is pregnant and the hostess was very accommodating.
I’m not a margarita drinker but I do order a skinny every now and then because I can’t handle the sweetness of regular margaritas. This one was spot on. I also like how they offer a variety of dishes such as the Hidalgo Chicken. It gives me a chance to eat somewhat healthy versus the typical offerings at Mexican joints. My wife is a stickler about her fajitas and and she has commented both times that they make great fajitas. As long as our experience stays the same as our first two visits we will continue to return.

My wife and I stopped in here the other night for dinner. It wasn’t too busy (should have been my first red flag). We were seated and 15 minutes later, our server introduced himself… He came off arrogant and not really presentable. Not the warm and friendly you’d expect from a server (second red flag). We placed our orders and off he went.
The Guac was good, but we ordered the large and he brought us the small.
My wife’s chicken quesadilla was good. The chicken was well seasoned and not too over-​cooked.
My carne asada burrito was not very flavorful. It just seemed to lack seasoning.
The one time our server checked on us, he tried to get us to order another round of drinks, for obvious reasons. But he never asked about our meal.
This was just an average meal with poor service. We won’t be coming back.
There are better Mexican Restaurants nearby (Tacos and Tequilas, Taco Mexico). Go there instead.

Called in order, arrive to pick it up… no such order, it had not been placed! No apologies when discovering this, (our order was written on a napkin by person who took our order, so they did have it) she put order in. We wait thirty minutes for our food (which no one told us it was ready btw) get order finally and it was wrong! Gentleman argued with me it was right when it wasn’t, he finally fixed with still no apology. There were no apologies, how do we make this right for you… nada!!! He actually acted like he was mad at us for this whole screw up! Finally we get home and one order. the burrito delight had a hair in it!!! So needless to say since they no longer care about their customers, we will give our money to a Mexican restaurant who does! Even McDonald’s makes things right when they make a mistake!!!

Not only is the food mediocre and the service lacking, but it’s a dangerous place to eat.
We dined here with friends Friday night. Shortly after our meal arrived a heavy plant on a stand next to our table came crashing down and shattered a glass on our table. No one apologized and they seemed bothered when it happened. Waitress and manager both seemed annoyed when we asked for new food because ours had GLASS in it.
Manager tried to be nice and bring us a piece of cake, but it was obviously brought in and not fresh as she couldn’t answer basic questions about ingredients since we have allergies to worry about. We paid for our (overpriced) meal and will not be returning. I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this restaurant.
Out of 5 meals, 3 came out correct. Some weren’t even correct the second time they came out. Don’t waste your money here. Drive into town and get much better food and service for a lot less.

The Manager is a HUGE jerk, the food is inedible and cold, despite being on a plate that is way-​too hot, and the service is waaaayyyy-​slow. Taco Bell is better, on all counts. Lesson learned. Never, EVER again.

Luv my Laredos!!! If you are not a fan please go some place else so we do not have to wait so long for our booth!!! No id no service, hate it when drunk people come off the Lake and act stupid!!!

Closest mexican place when I’m in town. Food is good, the rice and beans need help. Staff is friendly and they have skinny margaritas.
