Dennis Whittaker – State Farm Insurance Agent

Dennis is a great guy who always does his absolute best to help the policy holder.

I’ve been with Whittaker’s State Farm office for over 20 years. If there ever was a delay in service, it was because they have such a high standard. If State Farm made a mistake, Whittaker would not give up until the error was corrected. If they weren’t taking care of me, they were looking after another client, taking as much time as needed to get the job done.
In short, they always treat customers as if they were family.
Once they even notified me that State Farm’s homeowner rates in California had become much more expensive than the competition. I decided not to switch because even saving hundreds of dollars was not worth risking a lower level of service. (Hopefully you don’t need insurance benefits often. When you do, you want to have an agent that can go to bat for you).
I’ve helped friends and family deal with insurance situations. Whether straightforward or with wrinkles, I can honestly say that no one comes close to Whittaker’s level of service and sincerity.
On top of it all, they are involved in community charitable activities!
