I work as a team with my father, Moise Nahouraii, who is also the owner/​broker of our real estate company, Referral Realty, in Cupertino. Together, we have more than 42 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Business Owner

I was born in Mountain View, CA and grew up in a real estate family. My father, and team partner, started real estate in 1979 and is the broker/​owner of our company, Referral Realty, in Cupertino. I graduated, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California Santa Cruz. I loved and continue to love psychology, primarily because it is the study of human behavior and emotions. Communication and understanding are the keys to success in every relationship.

I’m a people-​loving problem solver. I enjoy helping people to achieve their goals and finding the best, most efficient way possible, to make this happen is a challenge that I look forward to when assisting each client with their particular needs. I’m extremely loyal and hardworking, I always go the extra mile for my clients when the situation calls for it. The best part of this business is knowing that my clients are receiving quality service and successfully achieving their real estate and investment goals!
