I have been using this cleaner for 20 years. I can trust them to do a great job in cleaning whatever items I bring them, including my daughter’s wedding gown, my husband’s suits and shirts, my evening gowns, my LV bag, etc. The only thing I would advise is to ask about the price before you leave the garments to them.

This company is prompt and gets the job done well. The price is just sort of high. I brought in a dress for dry cleaning and I felt like the charge was high, compared to the cleaning procedure required. They have plenty of parking in the front, which makes dropping off and picking up clothes convenient.

Be careful! I took a designer shirt here and they shrank it by almost 2 inches. When I pointed out the shirt has been ruined they attempted to tell me that that was normal, when dry cleaned all items will shrink, although even they admitted two inches was a lot of shrinking. They offered to try and stretch the shirt back to its original shape which seemed like a crazy idea and of course when I returned one week later the shirt was still dramatically shrunk. The wife told me that they would not honor the damage they had done or compensate me in any way and it was only after a brief argument with the husband that a refund was issued. At least they issued a refund hallelujah! But I would caution anybody against going here in the future.

Did a good job cleaning my suit, but when I brought drapes here to be altered, the already high cost($ 50 for sewing one seam on two drapes?!) suddenly became 60% higher($ 80!) when I went to pick them up, without calling me about it first. Really, they had to be pressed at $ 15 each after you sewed them? Really? I think I’ll find a cleaner in the poor part of San Jose where I live from now on, who won’t gouge, rather than close to work.

This is the only dry cleaning place I’ve ever gone to. It’s very conveniently located — in the same plaza as Happy Donuts, so you can pick up/leave your clothes and grab a yummy sandwich from Happy Donuts. The clothes always come back clean and neat. They would always explain things if there’s anything out of the ordinary. Parking is great — they have their own lot. Just a note: they close on Sundays.

This local dry cleaners is exactly what I think of when I need cleaning done! Friendly, quick service. The woman who helped me was polite and even shaved off a few bucks when all I had was a bit of cash. Not only did that help me out but I will definitely be back! The space is really plain but I don’t need much. It’s always clean and so easy to get in and out. Easy parking and plenty of it! Perfect cleaning, no issues, no problems and perfectly pressed. Great job and I will be back!

I really hate giving one star reviews, but this DEFINITELY merits a one star. I can’t find a decent cleaner in the cupertino area, so if someone could recommend me one that cleans at a decent price please let me know. I took my suit to this place previously with no issues, but I’m really busy right now as I’m an auditor. That means I’m working 9 – 9 for 5 days at the office plus weekends and I don’t have time to be mucking around. I dropped off my 2 shirts, jeans and suit off last saturday and got it back today. 1) I took my jeans in for repairs as there were holes in the bottom and it needed to be hemmed because it’s a little long. Who hems with a curve? The hem wasn’t even straight and the repair was good, but still obvious and multiple stitches to fix it. I just can’t believe that hem wasn’t straight. 2) I took one of my white shirts wasn’t even clean; there are CLEARLY spots still on it; the front, the sleeves, the collar, it’s not pure white. Honestly I could do a better job with some scrubbing and bleach. It’s starched, but a stained starched shirt is worthless. My previous employer would have had a fit since this wouldn’t even be considered acceptable. I will not be taking back any of my dry-cleaning or laundering back to this place ever again. And strongly recommend doing business with this place. I don’t have time for this shotty work and expensive pricing.

HEADLINE: Good enough to travel hella outta the way for I’ve been taking my dry cleaning and laundry here for ten years … I used to work on DeAnza and it was the first place I found, and it’s the best dry cleaner I’ve ever experienced. I’m picky, really picky, when it comes to my business suits … but, I’m over the top anal about my shirts. I dry clean my very best and launder the whites and older shirts … believe it or not, starch actually accelerates aging in cotton fabrics … so I pay a little more, but the garments(Faconnable shirts, Zegna sport jackets and ties, Hickey Freeman suits, Nordstrom’s Sea Isle cottons and Italian wool trousers) last five times longer and don’t lose their color as fast as when laundered only. Anyways, the shirts always come back pristine, suits are always well pressed, even jeans that I take in are done well with creases along the inseams. They can turn around things quickly if you need them, as I can attest in getting ready for last minute, long business trips. They are a little pricey, but they are totally worth it. I continue to come here despite no longer working in the area and living in south San Jose. I just find a reason to come up here to Cupertino once a week to drop off and pick up. Service from the owners is always friendly and courteous … it’s almost like they appreciate your business … !!! What a concept, huh? I highly recommend them.

I use to bring my dry cleaning here all the time. I was living around the area too. They always do a good job on cleaning any garments I bring it and take really good care of them. Any stains you show them, they usually get it out. The service is always friendly and great. I came here recently to get my BCBG dress clean and would not trust any other dry cleaners. Yes the prices are on the pricier side but if you have a special garment that needs some attention this is the place to bring it too.

I have gone here over fifteen years, and although they are a bit pricier, they do an exceptional job and are very customer service oriented. They remind me of the old fashioned family owned business, where they remember your name and write it on the claim slip when they see you walking in the door. They always have a warm greeting and remember to ask about your family. Not to mention, the lint roller gift at Christmas! A great family run establishment.
