My front bumper was scraping a tire on left turns. I explained to the shop that I was not looking for any major repairs. Moises solved the problem and didn’t charge me since it was a simple fix of just cutting the plastic portion of the bumper. Thanks so much for this favor. I will definitely bring my truck here when I am ready to make it look like new again.

I was hit from behind the damage was small I received excellent help and the job was done within one day. Great follow up and communication when my vehicle was being repaired.

This place is fantastic. I was sent here by my insurance and as you know, that can be hit or miss.
The customer service is great and they make sure to go over everything and make sure you understand.
My car was worked on by Moises and he did a phenomenal job. He was in constant contact with me regarding my car’s status during the entire process which made me feel good knowing it wasn’t just sitting there.
When I got my car back, it looked like nothing had ever happened to it. The work was top of the line. The best part is that it was finished two days ahead of schedule. Beautiful. Another highlight was that my car was completely vacuumed and detailed on the inside. It was like riding in a brand new car
When I got home, I realized that I was getting an airbag message. I called Moses and told him and he immediately scheduled me to come in the next morning so he could have his guy look at it. He said it would be at no additional cost. Super awesome.

had a fender bender fixed. was done quicker than i thought they would. everyone was pleasant, we had a good insurance company too, so when we took the car they just took our claim#, credit card info and offered to call for our car rental. we already called rental, so we refused. we were in & out so quickly. car was fixed well.

WOW — Another Great experience with the folks at Hansen’s —
I needed a work truck towed back to our shop a while ago and had called a different place first (I know slap me)
Come to find out, after waiting for over an hour, the driver tells me he brought the wrong truck out and I would have to wait for him to go get the right one — WHAT ?
Okay so I learned my lesson and called Hansen’s — They came to my rescue and were there in no time. The truck was hooked up and off we went.
Being a ways from home I was nervous about the price — I was wrong — So affordable and the driver was a true professional !
Now fast forward to today — Needing some body work done I called Hansen’s.
They came to my rescue again and replaced the damaged parts, made the repairs and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours.
The price they quoted was the price I paid which was very reasonable.

Came in here to get my side view mirror replaced. They ordered the part, and I came back the next day to get it installed. It only took about 15 minutes. It was done quick, for a great price, and even more importantly, it looks like it new. Thank you very much!

Took our 2007 Toyota Highlander to have them repair damage incurred in a recent auto accident and the car was returned when promised, at the price quoted, and it looks amazing. Fortunately we haven’t had to visit Hansen’s very often but if the need arises again, we won’t think twice about going back. Eleven years ago, our son was in an accident and had significant damage done to his 1998 Ford Taurus. Again, Hansen did the repairs and that car is still on the road and still looks great. When just a portion of your car has to be painted due to auto body repair, you worry if the paint will fade unevenly over time from the rest of the car. Hansen did such a great paint match on the Taurus eleven years ago, to this day you can’t tell which part was painted due to the accident. I highly recommend them.

Took my grandfather’s 2005 Malibu in for repair on a Wednesday and was told it would be done Friday. I was leery of this but waited to pass judgment. Boy am I glad I did! Text message updates daily on the progress. Got the text on Friday saying it was done and ready for pick up. Picked it up on Monday and let them know we were in a rush to get to a funeral. The wonderful woman helping us called in the vehicle and gave us the paperwork to sign. We were done and out the door in under 10 minutes!!! She also sent her condolences for the loss and really felt genuine (not obligatory). Also received a text later after picking it up thanking us for our business!!! If needed we will definitely be back!

Im writing this as I’m waiting for my car. I dropped off my car to get a stock, already painted, spoiler put on at about 9am. They said it would be done in a couple hours. (expecting a call) I called in to find out if my car was ready. The work was well done. My work was done by Moses. Over all. I took 2 stars off because of customer service. When I walked in the man who greeted me was a bit rude and pretty snarky about my car. They acted as if my car was almost a waste of time to work on. I think they need to work on their customer service. I’ve now been waiting at the lobby for about 30+ minutes now and was not even greeted when I entered and he simply picked up the phone to call in my car and I sat and waited.

Took my van there for repairs. Was not satisfied with the final out come. Right rear side (qtr panel) had plenty of nibs on the paint. I have definitely had better experience at other shops.
