Owen is awesome… goes above and beyond. No other place I would go to because they give me trust. Can’t find a mechanic that can provide you with good service and honest feedback. I will be going to ultimate autohaus for future needs and I would recommend anyone to go to ultimate autohaus if you are looking for a good mechanic.

Having a Mercedes can be a blessing and a nightmare all at the same time. Thankfully i found this wonderful autoshop that is honest, reasonably priced, and Owen is also awesome. I agree with all the positive reviews this is a safe place for your car.

not only they fixed my uncommon and rather tricky repair with a good price and got it done in decent time
They cleaned my engine bay and fixed up some important vacuum hoses WITHOUT TELLING ME and with NO EXTRA CHARGE.

my 34 years old diesel needs a rather tricky and uncommon repair, I estimated that it will cost me about $ 500 on labor. I found this shop through Unilocal and gave them a ring. Owen gives me a straight forward quote and good price (hint: it didnt cost me $ 500). I asked him does the shop’s schedule have an opening, he said yes. Keeping it short, I brought the car over the day after around noon. They get it done by the end of the day.
funny side story… I was driving the car home from the shop. The moment
I left the parking lot and hit the gas, the car accelerated like it took a trip with a time machine and it is 10 years younger. Right there, I just knew they did more than the original repair that I paid for.

Six Stars!
I took my aging Benz in for service and one again got the 6 star treatment. I needed new valve cover gaskets and power steering service. When I went to pick up my car Owen told me it wasn’t as much work as he originally estimated and hat reduced the labor charges down one hour. Volunteering to give money back!!! And on my way home I realized that the pesky notification on the dash reminding me to replace a tail light was not reminding me any more, which means Owen took care of it — didn’t even mention it. After he gave money back for the service I ordered, I got extra service for free. Who are these guys?! It might have only been a $ 3 bulb, and free installation, bit most places would have wanted $ 10 for the bulb and then something extra to install it.
At Ultimate Autohaus this kind of service is the rule, not the exception.

I took my 05 Touareg in to Owen and his team for a weird humming noise. They repaired the noise however I noticed a few panels out of place and missing lug nut caps. I went back to Owen and he repaired and replaced without any hassle.
Weeks later the noise returned, left it with Owen the switched the part for another. Got home and it appeared I had an oil leak. Went back and they replaced the same part a third time. And as they say their times a charm. No issues since.
Now you’d think why I gave him a 5. I rated them a 5 because Owen stood by his worked and never gave me any hassle or lip about me coming back. Through no fault of his or his shop I happened to get two defective parts back to back. Owen did the repairs quick and double checked for issues.
I don’t know about you but I’ll take an honest shop that stands by there work to ensure the customer is happy no matter what. Great work Owen!

Took my 08 Rabbit to get a major service. Owen and his team did a great job simplifying the process and taking care of what was needed. Friendly and professional. Feels good to have a dependable and trustworthy shop.

Ultimate Autohaus has a business practice of being straight forward and truthful. They won’t try to change anything unless there are check engine lights or warnings. The past guy I had in Arizona seemed to try to get any dollar he can. It is hard to find a good and honest mechanic these days. The only thing that doesn’t make this a 5 star is that they don’t deal with buying OEM parts to help fix issues.

Brought in my 300SL for the first time and was extremely satisfied. Great customer service from Owen as he went over and beyond to fix my Mercedes and to get it back on the road. Great honest mechanic close to the house and will be bringing the rest of the cars here to be serviced.

This is the German cars best kept secret. They’re the MZB, BMW and Audi gurus. Fair prices and quick service. Owen is reliable and dependable and respects you no matter your gender (other places make you feel like you don’t know what your talking about). Great customer service.

I never really bother with Unilocal reviews but this is one place every BMW/​Benz owner should know about. Why? Because of this guy named Owen. He’s one the most honest people you’ll ever meet and has been upfront about every problem that I had with my problematic e39. He charges you a better price than the dealer, gives you the rundown of what’s going on, and gives you an honest opinion about everything. Did I tell you that he’s honest? Seriously, he’s a benevolent wizard that will somewhat ease the pains of owning a German car. You will save time, money, and perhaps the remnants of your sanity if you come here.

I just moved to the area and needed the «Schedule A Service» for my 2010 E350. I didn’t want to pay a dealer to do it, so I searched the Internet and found this place. The reviews were great, with most saying how honest and cool Owen was. How often do you find a trusty mechanic?
So I went and asked Owen for a «Schedule A Service,» which he said was merely a «glorified oil change» but he’ll do the basic check-​up to make sure everything was good. I also wanted to change the air filter. The oil change was about $ 97 and air filter was $ 55. When I picked up the car, Owen said the air filter was still good and he just cleaned it out for me.
Um, seriously? He could have easily just changed it anyway even though I didn’t really need it and jam me for the extra $ 55. Instead, he did something nearly nobody would do … be a decent human being!
The reviews and service are true! I’ll be taking my car here every time from here on out!

On a recommendation from a friend I took my recently purchased used C230 Kompressor in for a front brake job. I thought it was a Sport model so Owen gave me an estimate based on the information I gave him. A couple hours later Owen called and said after looking at the brakes and running the VIN I didn’t have a Sport so the brake job would be… wait for it… $ 60 less. LESS!!! I would have never have know the difference had he not told me. Owen is as honest and reputable as they come and all his 5 star ratings on Unilocal prove it to be true. I’ll never take my car anywhere else. Thank you Owen!

WOW, I think I just saw a «white unicorn» of repair shops! I went in to fix an oil leak and power steering noise, Owen had my x5 for a few hours, called back and said that things needed some tightening/​cleaning and no major issues. I went to pick up my car and NO CHARGE, he said that it was no big deal and have a nice day.
I realize that there were no issues to fix, but he and his staff spent time looking for issues. Maybe were only talking about $ 50 to $ 75 dollars in service time, for Owen to send me off without charging me a nominal diagnosing fee is priceless to me as a customer. I’m a Ultimate Autohaus fan for life. THANK YOU OWEN!

I made the mistake of adding too much oil to the transmission of my 85 Mercedes and caused some damage to my car. I honestly thought I blew my transmission and lost some sleep because I thought it was the end of my car…
I took it to Owen, I know for a fact he is the best, he was highly recommended.
He was not there but his mechanic Garcia was there when I dropped off the car. I honestly feared the worse given the amount of smoke and oil that I lost. Someone said it was a blown head gasket but Mr. Garcia got right to work and said it looked like I blew the transmission line because of he pressure of all the oil I put in the transmission.
He said Owen would look at it the next day and get back to me…
I actually called the next afternoon and could not believe my car was already up and running. it was a small fix! Mr. Garcia told me over he phone that they even fixed my vacuum leak, car didn’t turn off but now it does.
I picked up my car today and I am very happy with the service. Price was reasonable, Owen is a man of integrity and very honest and upfront. You guys did an amazing job on my car… thank you guys so much!

A great local place with a mission to reach customer satisfaction and happiness. I brought my 10year old VW Passat to them with a coolant leak and a few other minor problems. They fixed only the things that needed fixing that I authorized. They never tried to persuade or guilt-​trip me to do any other repairs or ‘maintenance’. In fact, I asked about replacing the timing belt (15k miles ahead of schedule) and they actually steered me away from it becuase it was too soon.
They understand that, for most of us, cars are a utility thing and there is no sence in spending more money than needed to keep a car running, reliable and safe. There is no point in them trying to oversell services or repairs that are not absolutely mandatory. It wastes their time, and insults us as customers.
I interacted directly with the co-​owner, Owen, he gave me the best service and respect I could have asked for. I’ve had good experience at the VW dealer, but Ultimate Auto house is much more convinient and a better value. They even gave me a voucher for a free carwash!
I am a customer for life!
