They saw what was wrong with my phone and said that sometimes parts come defected and that’s not in there control. So they give warranty to all their customers, and will replace the screen for no additional fee:) This place truly takes care of all their customers and gives great service. They also explain what they will be doing to your phone, and fix the phone in a reasonable time. I will definitely recommend this place to others!

Came to store about my daughter’s iphone 6 got wet from the beach. Met owner Ken and explain to us the procedures in fixing the iPhone. Called us after 6 hours that the iPhone is ready for pickup. Came back to the store and Ken explain what he did. Cleaned, tested it and no parts replace even battery. He
charge me only for the service. I will definitely recommend him. Nice guy and clean place too!

A fricking can fell on my phone so I knew where to go get it fixed. It was $ 79 for my iphone 6, so thats already a great price. So they fixed my screen and it had some issues, so i went back and the younger guy, i didnt get his name but he put a new screen and my phone is perfect now, couldn’t be happier. recommend this place forsure, they wont dissapoint you.

I brought my shattered iPhone 6 screen in and they fixed it in 45 minutes! Not to mention that the prices are very competitive & they really do provide great service for a deal. They were super sweet & also applied a new screen protector for me free of charge. I will definitely be returning & referring for future electronic repairs!

It happened to be the one time out of many times I accidently dropped my phone when the inevitable happened, my iPhone screen shattered. I literally thought I broke my phone at the severity of the cracks and showed up to work super sad thinking that it would cost me a leg and a arm to fix it. After making several calls to get quotes, this was the best one.
It was reasonably priced, close to my work/​home and the service was prompt and friendly. Hopefully I won’t need to come back to get anything fixed (fingers crossed) but I do recommend this place if you find yourself in my situation. Saved me a lot of time, money and hassle!

They were able to fix my iPhone 6 screen in an hour. The cracks were bad. They didn’t try to up sell anything and even though I thought the sensors on the screen weren’t damaged, they showed me they were before I agreed to any repairs. Would definitely go back.

So I dropped my iPhone 6 and it cracked really bad and I honestly wasn’t down to pay a lot of money to get it fixed but luckily my friend knew about this place and I got it fixed in less than an hour for $ 99. He offers a free screen protector with it and is a very kind man. Definitely recommend it if you crack your phone and want affordable but great quality service.

This place is really good! 5 stars for the great customer service and how fast it was! Ken, the person who assisted me with my iPhone 6 that was cracked and had LCD issues, fixed it within 30 minutes even though he said it would take an hour! And with the check-​in he gives you a free screen case! He also bought an iPhone 6 off me that I offered and he just docked my bill from the money he gave me for the iPhone! There’s also a 90 day warranty on your phone if anything happens to it, except cracking it (again). Thank you so much Ken! Saves money from the retail phone stores!

Came here couple months ago to fix my broken screen from a bike ride. I was very pleased about the results up until now. Every now and then I would have to pop my screen back in. I’m pretty sure that’s not normal…

Got it done for super cheap, and gave us a FREE tempered glass screen protector. That being said, there are small small complaints that are completely diminished by the price. The tempered glass screen has small air pockets on the sides which will probably go away after a while and the time it took was 30 minutes. I have gotten these done in 10 but it probably took longer just so that it would be done properly.
Edit: they went away, and the guy even offered to replace the tempered glass later. This guy really wants to make sure u are 110% satisfied haha so awesome

I broke my phone-​the screen shattered on a Sunday night. I messaged them through Unilocal and we set up an appointment the next morning. I had work at 11, and the store opens at 10. They fixed my shattered screen in 10 – 15 min! And she put on my glass screen protector on for me in less than a minute!!! GREAT friendly service AND my phone looks brand new!!! Iphone 6 screen repair for $ 109! I will recommend this store to anyone and everyone for their phone repairs!!! Thank you so much!!!

Needed my phone fixed ASAP came in during my lunch to fix my cracked screen for iPhone 5s which was really bad only took about 30 minutes!
Ken was very helpful and quoted me $ 75 that included a screen protector, case and glass screen replacement!
Will be back to get iPad and iPod fixed! Highly recommend!!!

This business cares about their customers. I’ve notice on Unilocal when you write a bad review, some businesses don’t even hesitate to fix the issue.
I received a call from a woman. She called me regarding my Unilocal review. I informed her I will go today to get my issue fixed.
I arrived and was greeted by a man and told me his wife would assist. Same woman that called me on the phone. I explained the issue and no hesitation she fixed the issue. Even her calling me to show that she cared for my business, earned major points with me.

I came to this place a year ago to fix my ipod screen and this place had it perfectly done! So I knew I would come again. And its close to my house and its really cheap.
Unfortunately I cracked my iphone 5s today… It wasnt even small crack. Huge! I had to go fix it right away… I came here a little after 8 oclock but it was still opened! They fixed it in less than an hour!
You can wait inside or boba shop next to it cuz it takes only 30 mins.
Also you get 90 days warranty if you have problem with what you got fixed. I definitely going to recommend this place to my friends :)
