I used to love this Kroger it was my favorite… aside from the angry woman always working near the self-checkout area. If you need help, she will become sarcastic and rude/impatient with you. I can be compassionate, but this is unforgivable because it is consistent. I have avoided this place because of this. I feel unwelcome at every self-checkout because of the looks I get. The worst service. I know young people here go weeks waiting for their paychecks, bad treatment. Not worth the time. Go to publix/ingles instead.

Dirty. Filthy and always under-stocked. What was a nice shiny store two years ago, now looks like a Walmart. Sad for our city.

Thus far, this is best Kroger ever!!! I live in between two Kroger stores and this is my «home» store. I would have never thought to do a review on a grocery store, but when u come across good working ppl, you just have to spread the word. I have rode pass many other stores just to go to this particular one. I know some of the staff by face b/c they always their when I’m doing my shopping. The bakery team is the best. Just this past weekend I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 10 bday. A guy in the bakery took a picture of my daughters invite so that the cake artist can decorate the cake to make it. When I picked the cake up the next day, I was in aww of how much detail she added to the cake from the photo… from the colors to the butterflies! It’s was perfect. I then went to pick up some balloons and those too were ready by my pick up time. The staff was very friendly and they made my day. I always do a survey for who ever’s helping me… I believe in reviews and compliments!!! Customer service is my thing…

Fantastic store. I have been shopping here ever since they opened their doors. Before this store opened, the only other choice was the Publix, which is about ½ mile down the street. Dave is a rare breed of people. I understand being a loyal customer to a store. I get that, but Kroger is just as clean as Publix; this one anyhow. Being clean is very important and of course having a good selection. A store being clean is the most important thing, second is prices need to be reasonable. This Kroger is huge and has everything the Publix has down the street and much more. For example, the organic box of cereal that my family eats is $ 5 a box at Publix and $ 3.85 at Kroger. Why would anyone pay $ 1.15 more? We go through about 3 – 4 boxes a week, so compared to Publix prices, at Kroger we can get an extra box. I only shop at the Publix when Kroger runs out of organic milk, which is rare, but it does happen every 5 – 6 months. The other reason why I would shop at Publix is if I were old and needed assistance, they do take peoples groceries to their car, which is nice, but I can do that myself. Other than that, Publix prices are much higher for the same exact product. Why spend $ 6 on OJ when I can get it for $ 4? Almost everything I purchase here is Organic, so I really like that this Kroger has a very large selection of organic foods and all natural products, such as dish, laundry, shampoos and hand soaps, chap stick(Burt Bees), toothpaste, etc… I would highly recommend this store to anyone. The staff are always friendly. So far I have rented a rug doctor twice, the people at the counter were very friendly. The people at the cash registers or self-help registers are very helpful. There are a few times where I have seen the store a manager and he said hello. When I asked to purchase a 5 gallon propane tank, the guy came outside right away so I could get it and the people at the pharmacy are very friendly and helpful. My wife and I just had our second child, so we have been using the pharmacy about once every 3 months and always get good service. My wife and I shop here anywhere from once to three times a week. I usually buy things as I need them for meals, so everything is fresh. I have no complaints about this store so far and I have been here at least 100 times. As for the Gas discounts. We do use this quite often and I would recommend buying gift cards if you can use them. For example, we buy a lot of products for our kids on Amazon and it is stuff I will buy anyways, so why not get a perk? The last time I purchased a $ 500 tv set on amazon. I just went to Kroger, picked up a $ 500 amazon gift card and received 1000 points and was able to get $ 1 dollar off in gas. So we saved $ 35 dollars in gas, which is nice, especially when it is something we are going to buy anyway. The only thing that I do not like is that Kroger stopped carrying over points from past months, they did this in the past and stopped. This revision of their policy completely sticks, as some people may only spend $ 200 a month and earn 200 points, for 20 cents off a gallon. They should combine at least the last 60 days, that sounds better. However, this policy has nothing to do with this Kroger and it is a corporate issue. For those who love Sushi, Freshly made Soaps and even Starbucks, this kroger has it. We will continue to shop here.

My buddy Richard R said a mouthful when he did his review on this store, I never knew about the gift cards so he educated me on that through his review. I’m still learning the store as Publix was my main grocery store but I’m getting used to it now. I love the fact that they close at 1am, that’s a big plus for me. I also enjoy the gas rewards but will work on more with the gift cards now.

We recently started shopping at this location, I will admit I am not a fan of Kroger and prefer shopping at Publix. However, we do like the 10 for 10 deals and there is a lot of variety in this store. The draw back to the store is the lack of meat that isn’t frozen. Recently we had gone in to pick up some racks of ribs for our cookout; we arrived to find that all of the ribs that were on special were all frozen solid. We weren’t the only customer who wanted non frozen ribs(no time to defrost to put in smoker), so we called Publix up the road and they had exactly what we were looking for. Kroger should be a little more prepared with the items they have on sale, it’s that time of the year when people are having cook outs and they don’t have time to defrost meat they plan on cooking that same day. I will shop here for certain items, but when it comes to quality meat, I will still shop at Publix or Costco.

Best place for Gas in Dacula. That would be for the car, not in regard to bad food. Large location, however I remain loyal to Publix

Huge freakin store. I still like Publix a little better, but this store is very impressive. The down side is that I have a hard time finding what I am looking for. I end up buying other stuff I come across while looking for my list items. A-ha, that is exactly what they want to happen. I have fallen into their evil capitalist grocer scheme. It is still fun shopping here. With so much competition for your grocery dollar in town, the people working here are always happy and helpful.

There are lots of things to love about this Kroger, first of all… it’s close to my home!!! Second it it is about the largest Kroger I’ve ever visited. They have everything from a Starbucks and outdoor furniture to a prepared foods section that would rival Whole Foods. You could come in here for lunch and have a selection of choices larger than most restaurants… including sushi. Fresh meats, veggies, cakes, fish and a live lobster tank are also available. What I REALLY love is how much money you can save in gas costs by purchasing groceries at Kroger! It’s the only store I don’t mind my wife going on a shopping spree. For every $ 1 you spend in-store you receive 1 Kroger member point. Every 100 points gets you .10 per gallon discount when you enter your Kroger member number at ANY Kroger fuel center. The more you shop, the more you save(strange, I believe that is their motto). My last visit to Kroger fuel(after Thanksgiving) surprised me with .40OFF per gallon. If you have more than one vehicle, you can also choose how much savings you want to use: the regular .03 cent discount or use .10 cent increments of your total earned savings. This way you can save some for another car or if you are just topping off!!! In this bad economy, this is one of the best deals out there. Oh, I forgot to mention gift cards(with the exception of Kroger cards), earn you double points towards gas. So a $ 25 Red Lobster giftcard(for example) will earn 50 points instead of 25. Valuable information this season of gift giving.
