Appliance Rescue Service

I called Milestone Electric to ask about the 51 year old stove & double wall oven set in my mother’s home. I wanted to get these appliances checked out before I used them. They hadn’t been used in quite a long time. These appliances are original to the house. They referred me to Appliance Rescue to help me with my request. The women in the office were as nice as they could be & they patiently & politely answered all of my questions. I called on a Monday & requested service on a Saturday. They set me up with that very next Saturday’s service! They called me back when they said they would. Tommy arrived on time & walked me through each step of the process. He diagnosed what repairs were needed & told me there would be an estimate that next week. They did up an invoice with the estimate & scheduled the repair call for the very next Saturday (last week). Tommy arrived on time again & fixed everything for the exact amount I was quoted. He was honest, informative, very enthusiastic about getting to work on really great vintage appliances & was very professional. He won a customer! I then checked the website & they also do handyman services! Wow! Guess who I will call? Appliance Rescue! Tommy & the office staff are clearly dedicated to winning customers & not just making a one time repair. I will definitely call them first! Thank you, Appliance Rescue!

This repair service is absolutely wonderful, I have used them many times over the years for repairs at my rental property as well as my primary residence. I have never had an issue that they couldn’t solve. They are reasonably priced, very friendly and extremely consistent. I did also find out on this last visit (to fix my refrigerator), that they also now have handymen available for small repairs needed around the house. I will continue to use them anytime I have an issue!

These guys were pretty good!
My freezer broke down on friday and then my fridge broke down on saturday… just as i bought a ton of groceries to host a party on saturday night! talk about terrible timing.
unfortunately they couldn’t come the same day. can’t blame them there.
they came out monday. he figured it out in five seconds what the problem was. He came back on wed with the defunct part and fixed it in 10 min.
only reason why not 5 stars? the receptionist or the repair guy did not seem to know the same information… pricing was different and part availability was different too from what they told me. one said they could waive the service fee and come back next day… other person said no.
usually tha’ts not a problem b/​c timing isn’t the most urgent, but honestly, it’s just very stressful to not have the same info b/​c you’re just trying to save the food that’s in the fridge/​freezer. but yeah, by the time they got their stuff together and came on wed… we still ended up probably losing several hundred bucks worth of food. :(

Billy Troy was absolutely amazing. He showed up to a house with my young daughter, mother in law and grandmother and was, according to my mother in law, «the nicest guy ever». Thank you Billy.

I was visiting friends in the Dallas area when their electrical stove had an issue with a flame coming from the burner.
We were afraid they would need a new stove.
I suggested we call a repair company first, I found Appliance Rescue online and gave them a call.
That was the smartest call we made.
Appliance Rescue was to able to schedule a call in a day.
It turns out the rep who showed up at my friends home was actually the owner Jerry.
Jerry took the time to explained what was causing the issue with the burner and what parts would be needed for the repair.
Jerry was able to get the stove repaired in less then an hour, and for a small cost (as apposed to buying a new stove).
My friends couldn’t thank me enough for helping them find Appliance Rescue.
It’s nice to find a trustworthy knowledgeable company in this day and age.
