I have been to this facility several times over the past three years. I really like the web check-​in option. Have had very good experiences with all of the staff — physicians, nurses, front desk. Have recommended it to friends and family in the neighborhood many times.

I found there online check in saves you a great deal of time. They call to let you know when to start heading that way which dramatically cuts down on your wait time. They are friendly, caring, and I have been there many times because of ease of getting an appointment and their great service.
I would recommend them to all.

Web checkin was so easy, made the wait time way shorter! Front staff very friendly and knowledgable which helps so much when you’re feeling unwell. Nurse and Doctor were beyond my expectation; listened and took their time with me but didn’t make me wait forever. Very appreciative of them overall.

I have been to this Care Now location many times with my children and with my spouse. And have always had a good experience. But you can expect a long wait if you are a walk-​in. You can call in and wait at home until you are told it’s time to come in. By the way, one of the reasons for the wait could also be that their charges or very reasonable. (Had an unhappy experience with another urgent care clinic, which listed themselves as urgent care, but said they are an emergency services clinic, but still needs to send you to the hospital in a true emergency. In reality they had an upscale clinic, good doctors, but want to charge you like an emergency hospital visit, big $$$$)
This clinic has well trained doctor’s, p.a.‘s, and nurses, and we would not hesitate to return here.

I have visited this clinic several times in the last couple of years when my primary care physician was not available. I use the on line check in and it makes my wait in the office only a few minutes. The staff are always friendly, thorough and caring. The Physicians are knowledgable and review my medical history with me. I always feel they spend plenty of time with me, never rushed. Thanks for excellent care and getting me well again!

The web sign in is great! I would have been miserable sitting in the waiting room coughing and aching. I was able to be seen very quickly! It probably took 25 minutes before I received my prescriptions and was out the door! The staff was friendly, and courteous. Great service!

This was my first visit to a CareNow and I can definitely say, I will be back! The lady at the front desk did not smile or show really any care about the patients, but Elliot, who took me to my room, was beyond nice! He took my vitals and then Dr. Clara came in. Dr. Clara is the sweetest and most delicate doctor! She really cared for me and my needs and answered all of my questions. Afterwards there was a nurse who came in to give me my shots– she wasn’t as careful or calming as Dr. Clara, but she was sweet. I will be back to this CareNow!

Everyone here was so great. Dr Clara was gentle and so understanding. My daughter had a migraine and she was very thorough and made her feel at ease. We checked in on line and they called us when they had a room for her and we got right in. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I was in Dallas on a two week business trip. On my third night there I woke up with a fever of 102, a sore throat and a hacking cough.
The next morning I took a cab to CareNow. I was seen quickly, the staff was friendly, and the service was professional.
Everyone was very sympathetic and compassionate about the fact I was so far away from home, staying in a hotel, and getting sick.
I was impressed with the fact that two days after my visit, one of the nurses called to check in on me.
My experience at CareNow was exceptional.

CareNow has always been responsive and reactive to all my needs — for the entire family. Was feeling awful and getting worse by the minute during the day. Did a Web Check In online at 5, was in by 6 and out by 7. One antibiotic and one additional Rx for steroids and I am well on the way to recover!

I live like 5 minutes away from this location, and I will never go inside again. Even if that means driving an extra 25 minutes to reattach an arm!
I gave it three opportunities to get the full impression.
In October 2015, I used the Web check in for my son who is a 2 year old. We got the call to go in, and had to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room, and then another hour and a half in the patient room.
In November 2015, I used the web check in for me. Then went up once they called. That time I waited an hour in the waiting room, then another hour and a half in the patient room.
Today, 1÷11÷2016, I used the web check in for my son, I checked him in at 5:15 pm, was called at 6:00 pm. The doctor didn’t even come into the room until 7:45 pm!
The doctor might be nice, but when you have a toddler who is in pain, and that has a 101° temp, that long of a wait is just unacceptable.

Checked in on the web at 9 a.m. For an appointment. They called me to come around 11. Got here at 11:15 When I got there I waited about 35 minutes to get into the back. Talked to a nurse for 5 minutes. A physician came in 5 minutes later and examined my boys. Diagnosed their coughs and prescribed medicine and now we are waiting in the room to check out in leave, it’s now 12:07

This is the best urgent care facility I have ever been to! I will definitely recommend this Care Now to friends and family. I used the web check in feature and it was awesome. Once you submit your check in, you will get a follow up call as confirmation and then the nurse will call you when they are ready for you to show up. I was able to get in and out in about an hour. Everyone was so nice! I was able to see Dr. Arias and she was very nice and took a lot of time while evaluating me. This did not have that rushed «minute clinic» feel to it. Keep up the great customer service! It’s definitely noticed.

Waited 3 hours for immunization shots. And they didn’t give me all the shots I needed so I had to wait again. They are not only slow but extremely disorganized. Paperwork getting mixed up and calling patients by the wrong name. They didn’t allow web check in for immunizations and the staff was clueless on how to make this process better or help me.

CareNow? More like CareNot. Ridiculous wait for nothing more than a TB skin test, and then another ridiculous wait to have it read. 30 minutes of wait for 30 seconds of attention. Come on people.

My husband cut his finger and we knew it needed stitches.
We had already had an experience at this Care Now with my 10 year old son needing stitches, when he had a gash over his eye from a scooter incident.
Our experience was fast service, friendly service and professionalism.
We were very pleased!

My wife all but amputated the nail on her big toe while trying to move a heavy box. It was after hours so her primary doctor wasn’t in. She checked in online and when she got to Care Now she was seen almost immediately. The doctor and nurse were both helpful, professional, and friendly. Top notch service.
The waiting room was busy so I would definitely recommend checking in online before you visit.

Cut my finger pretty bad and went to Baylor ER from downtown, waited 2 hrs. Everyone in the ER waiting room had that look of neglect.
So, I called over to CareNow in N. Dallas and decided to head that way.
The clinic was busy but I got in for stitches immediately. Clara Sisk was my P.A., she was very nice and funny (I was funnier).
The entire staff made my disgusting cut-​up sausage finger a high priority and it really made my day.

I checked in online which was very easy. I received a call back within 10 minutes to verify my insurance information and they told me to come in. When I arrived I waited about 10 minutes, and then I was in a room. I was back in my car in less than an hour. This process was very quick even with it being a busy day.
The staff were very friendly. I literally mean everyone was friendly from the woman who called me, the woman who greeted me when I walked in, the nurse, the PA, to the person who I checked out with. I will definitely go back to this location if I get sick again.
