The love the food here, place is nice even though its packed some times but other than that i love it

I’ve been to a different Cheddar’s before and the food tasted way better than the one at this location. The food was very bland and had no taste at all. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the waiter ended up comping the meal itself because I didn’t touch it and he was polite.
Going to this location when it’s not busy at all, it took a long time to receive beverages, take our orders & get our food. After I asked for the check it took an additional 10 minutes to get it. Won’t be coming back.

Our food was delicious we got the lunch special that included the monte cristo sandwich and a Caesar salad. Very delicious and filling and the tortilla soup was very warm and tasty. Our waiter was very funny and had a great personality. I would definitely come back. :)

I like Cheddars in general, but this location has pretty bad service. I get friendly servers about half the time, and the hostesses often have an attitude as though they’re doing you a favor by seating you. I went once at 11 am when it opened to beat the crowd, and they refused to give me a table in an empty restaurant (rather than booth) because we had a party of 2. Asked to sit at a smaller table near the bar, and they said there was no one to serve me over there. Again, not all of my experiences have been bad, and I like the food, but pretty below average service overall; I rarely feel like a valued customer there.

Worst meal I have had a restaurant in a long time. Should have saved time and money and just went to Taco Bell.

Worst Cheddars I’ve ever been too. Avoid this location at all cost. The service is terrible, the servers are terrible, and the actual restaurant is dirty. Just know you’ve been warned. I love Cheddars but this particular one is just horrid.

My mom loves Cheddars… She gets the same thing and due to her language barrier, she doesn’t say much if she’s not happy. She usually tells me. Ha!
Well, she loves onion rings and typically gets them with a burger. I ordered an 8 oz. sirloin with broccoli and black beans.
33 minutes later we asked for our food. Then we received it. After the waiter dropped off the food, the waiter noticed we had no utensils. He went MIA and my mom went and grabbed me a set. Medium rare steak is now cold as well as the broccoli.
My steak was so salty I had to rinse off each bite in my water, and thought, I’ll let the waiter know to bring me a new water glass. That never happened. My mom couldn’t eat her favorite onion rings because they were UBER salty.
Needless to say, she, not me (I’m still sitting here with my mouth open) complained! Even then they still charged her for the full plate of food and onion rings that she couldn’t eat.
If there were a way I could leave no stars, well, I would. Way to set the bar low for a restaurant we love so dearly.

Worst Cheddars I have been to yet. I placed an order for pick-​up over the phone. I wanted a Dessert Mini & was told they don’t do those «to go» — Ok, fair enough. Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Light Ranch. When I arrived, there was no «to go» parking up front. I had to park on the far end of the parking lot. The bartenders were rude when I picked up my order. Got back to my hotel room only to realize my order came with a side, which they automatically defaulted to French Fries (which I don’t eat.) The Light Ranch I asked for was put in an extra dish on the side and Buttermilk Ranch was still used in the wrap. I ended up scrapping the Buttermilk Ranch out and putting the Light Ranch on myself. This Cheddars is in a bad area and even though that’s not the restaurants fault, I would have preferred the police officer that was stationed inside to be watching over the parking lot instead. I almost did not stop to pick up my order because I had to park on the other side of the lot where their were several people «hanging out» in their cars. I was uncomfortable and unimpressed.
