This, by far has been the best dentist I’ve ever experienced. He takes his time to talk to you and let you know what he is doing, he asks if you’re feeling ok and not feeling anything. I literally just came from his office after having 3 fillings and I feel fine. In fact, it’s pool time for the rest of the afternoon for me. If you want to go to the best dentist in dallas, this is where you go. for sure! If there were more than 5 stars, he would get those too. :)

I have been going here for several years now. I had to recently stop due to my company’s insurance being difficult with the dental office. It’s a shame too because this is the best dental office I’ve had since moving to Texas.
The receptionist, Dawn, is great at scheduling and reminders, and also dental assistant work as well. The other dental assistants are good at cleanings, x-​rays, etc… and are great at making sure you’re comfortable and relaxed. I have to emphasize that the assistants do a good job because with other offices that I have been a patient to, the dentist would be great, but the assistants/​hygienists would do poor work.
And that brings me to Dr Corbin. Awesome dentist that knows what he’s doing. He’s a friendly, down to earth guy, which makes it easier for those who get nervous with any kind of medical facility. He makes sure that I understand everything before doing a procedure, and if I have any issues afterwards, he fixes it in a timely manner.
Last, I intend on changing my companies dental insurance elective at the end of the year so that I can return to this office. I’d rather do that then try to find another so-​so office that is in my current dental insurance network.

It’s been months since I have heard anything from Corbin Milenbaugh DDS. He knows that the Dentist I went to informed me that the crown that Dr. Corbin Milenbaugh put on, actually he cemented it twice, has to be cut off and replaced with a new crown because the one he put on was left with a gap. The first time he put it on, it came off while I was flossing.

I’ve been going to Dr. Milenbaugh for some time now and I am constantly impressed by the service I receive. I never wait for my appointment, get reminders the week and day before and can get in and out quickly. Best dentist I’ve been to in Dallas.

Went here with my sister. If you want the typical Dallas «uptown» dental shop, this is your place. This place is extremely focused on charging as much as possible in the most ambiguous ways. They are generally nice, there was no explanation on charges or what the final bill will be. The doctor spends very little time with you and it overall feels a bit sleezy and not the place you would develop a deep life long dentist to see regularly. I would avoid Dallas Dental Specialist at all costs unless you are desperate and in need of a quick (expensive) fix!

Impressively gental, genuine, and exactly what you want in a dental office. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice! I just moved here from Kansas City and went to a well known practice out there and this practice puts them to shame! A combination of a wonderful staff and a beautiful brand new office with the latest technology really sets them appart. I have referred them to my family and friends many times over!

I did not ask you to agree or disagree doctor. I called Alli back and was told she would call me back. She never did.

Fantastic. Dentist 2.0, the next gen dentist office. Hip, cool, trendy office… not the sleepy old dentist office you’re used to. Super friendly staff, extremely accommodating (they asked me for my favorite band and then created a playlist in the room based on my preference). Great location too.
State of the art equipment… fancy 360 degree x-​ray machine. Ultrasonic plaque scraping tool that made it way less uncomfortable (Peizon or something like that). Didn’t protest or give me a hard time when I requested laughing gas (yep, I’m a chicken).
Hygenist (Ali) was a rock star… did a great job… didn’t give me a hard time for not coming in for way too long. And Dr. Milenbaugh was pleasant, friendly, complimentary… competent. Gave helpful feedback, but basically just said, ‘good job, way to have good hygiene.‘
And best of all… they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff or procedures I didn’t need. Been there done that with too many dentists. Dr. Milenbaugh is legit, totally honest, good solid guy. I definitely have a new dentist for a good long time.

I’ve been going to Dr. Milenbaugh’s office since they opened in Uptown. I am one of those people who actually like going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned, and Dr. M and his staff always make my visit so pleasurable. He has such great energy. I could see him making even the most anxious patient feel at ease. Alli is a great hygienist. She doesn’t make you feel rushed and is so professional and thorough, yet gentle. Can’t say enough nice things about their office.

Just had my second of two appointments at Dallas Dental Specialists. Frankly, it was the best experience that I have had with hygentists/​oral surgeons/​orthodonsits/​dentists.
Purchased an affordable groupon and was able to book an appointment almost within 2 – 3 weeks. That’s unheard of if you consider the big name dentists up the Tollroad in the traditional old guard of the Dallas dental practices.
Last week when I had my teeth cleaned it a very pleasant experience. I was greeted by friendly and courtesous professionals, waited no longer than 10 minutes, and yes, even got to choose my music on pandora.
at check-​out, i was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. They will work with you, people so do not be intimidated by not having dental insurance!
Today prior to the cavity filling, I was able to score another free toothbrush (they had already obliged me with two last week) and hold the hygentist’s hand during cavity drill time.
All in all, I paid about $ 200 total between the groupon, teeth cleaning, x-​rays (mine had not been done in years), and one cavity.
The only cumbersome thing about this practice is pronouncing Dr Milenbaugh’s name… especially with metal devices or hands in your mouth :-)
Oh, and here is a secret. If you are sensitive to the floss-​shame issue then you have found the practice. no need to pull string between your teeth more than a couple times per week.

I have been avoiding the dentist for years because my last experience was so bad.
I found Dr Milenbaugh via Unilocal and went in for a cleaning.
Unfortunately, he found a new cavity and an old filling that had to be replaced.
When I returned for that work, I told him I was nervous.
He not only made sure I was feeling OK — dang he was FAST!
In and out if there in less than 40 minutes.
And? It was all pain free.
What a great team!

So I just had to get a root canal done by Dr. Henson and his staff… they were so funny and relaxing and accommodation and did nothing but keep my mind off what I was going through. They put me first… and that means a lot considering how nervous I get at the dentist. You guys are all top notch!

Wow!!! My experience with Dr. Corbin was the best, hands down, ever!
The facilities were so clean, equipment so nice, they have the awesome x-​ray machine that makes it easy and comfortable. And everyone is really nice and professional.
Particularly Dr. Corbin. He’s a younger, amazing guy that has such a great smile (haha no duh I suppose) and he took such good care of me. Was super fast, friendly and did amazing work. But also made sure to take as much time with me as I needed if I had questions or concerns.
This was my first experience with this dental office, and I came in with quite a bit of anxiety. I had to have a crown and a big cavity taken care of. My last crown experience from another place in Dallas was HORRIBLE!
So I was no looking forward to having to go through that again.
Night and day different experience with Dr. Corbin.
Absolutely can’t thank you enough for doing such an amazing job and taking great care of me. I certainly will be back to see these guys they are truly top quality.
To the person who gave the bad review about the fees charged…
they charged me the same $ 35 for a sterilization fee as well. It was made perfectly clear to me before anyone ran my card what each itemized charge was, and where the steril fee fit into the bill.
I for one appreciated the transparancy in the accounting, and the precisely itemized bill. If you think you have never been charged a steril fee elsewhere you’re simply unaware of it because they didn’t show you the itemized, but trust me, it’s in there.

I just moved to Dallas from out of state and a coworker recommended this dentist. I have never had to pay additional charges on my cleanings/​checkups. When I checked out I was charged an additional $ 35 for «sterilization fee.» I had a small cavity and went back to have it filled a few weeks later. Before having the procedure the receptionist reviewed the charges out of pocket. The sheet stated $ 55. When I went to pay she told me it was $ 55. Dr Milenbaugh was standing right there and told her not to forget to add the sterilization fee so she added an additional $ 15. I reviewed my co-​workers charges for the same check-​up and she wasn’t charged the additional fees. Sounds like a scam to me. They are in an in-​network provider with my insurance and should not be doing this. I am in the process of reporting them to my insurance.

Great dental visit! The staff was so welcoming and the office is beautiful! Best dental appointment in a long time! And Dr Milenbaugh is very easy on the eyes!

I visited for the first time with a Living Social deal, since I hadn’t visited a dentist in forever. The office is very clean, and the reception area is spacious and stylish. There is water, fruit juice, soda, and coffee to sip on while you wait.
Everyone in the office was very sweet and wanted to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. The assistant even offered to play the Pandora station of my choice while I was getting my work done.
I’ve had previous bad experiences with other dentists being too rough, but this one was able to clean up everything while making me completely comfortable. He was gentle, and if you feel uneasy at any moment you can let him know and he will move to a less sensitive spot.
The prices are very reasonable. In fact, if you don’t have insurance, they bump off 25% off the original price.
I highly recommend this office!
