Meet the Manager

James M.

Manager

A native Texan & lifetime Dallas resident, James is a third generation REALTOR. His mother, Eloise, is a sales associate for Dave Perry-Miller & Associates and serves as 2008 president of MetroTex Association of REALTORS®.

As a young boy, James saw first hand many facets of the real estate industry. He would accompany his father to his job sites under construction during the week & open houses on Sundays. These times together taught him that there were many details to the real estate business. «I learned you need to be focused and dedicated in order to help families accomplish their dream of home ownership.» In 2001, James had the wonderful opportunity to work in his grandfather’s business, building homes in different parts of the city. «It was during those years I learned about affordable housing. He was a mentor to me and shared great insights into real estate.»

James currently serves as Board of Director for MetroTex Association of Realtors, as well as a Director for TAR.
