History

Established in 2004.

FREE MOVE Apt Locators was established to improve on what other FREE MOVE locator companies were offering. For example, FREE MOVE Apt Locators only contracts with 5-​Star Moving Companies whose movers are licensed, insured, and bonded. Our competitors have their own trucks and trailers and may be using day laborers.

We give our clients FREE moving time to use as THEY wish and need. Other free move companies will move certain items for free, however, charge to disassemble beds and furniture, disconnect washers and dryers, move TV’s over 35 inches, charge for items not on their list, and charge per box over 10 boxes. We don’t charge for any of those things!

The founder-​owner-​broker of FREE MOVE Apt Locators has over 36 years of management experience in the multi-​family industry, holds the CAM-​CAPS Designation which is the highest designation awarded by the National Apartment Association, and has over 15 years experience locating apts in Dallas-​Fort Worth Metroplex.
