If I could give this place a zero, I would. I went to this shop in August of this year to get my struts replaced. I only wanted my left side done but the manager Darrell and his employees decided to put the strut Auto Zone sold me for the left side of my car on the right. When I got to the shop he swore the strut Auto Zone sold me was for the right so they ASSUMED despite my instructions to repair the right side which was never a problem. I was then forced to buy a right side strut for the left side of my car to be fixed. After I paid the fees and left my car continued to screw up. I had the dealership check my car out just to inform me I was right. They placed my struts on the wrong side of my car. I will never do business at this place again, and recommend you not to either.

I’ve patronized this business for years thinking I was getting a fair price in comparison to the dealerships… I was wrong! Work was done on my car that subsequently had to be redone by a dealership. B4 the work was done, I’d started going over the procedures with Darrell (owner), but he cut me off reassuring me that he’s perform the repair 100’s of times & knew what he was doing. The dealership alerted me that they could visibly see that «part» of the work was done, and that partial work is what caused my oil leak. After telling Darrell or the problem, he stated that ‘yes’ doing only part of it would cause it to leak, but he doesn’t always repair that portion. Everyone I’ve consulted with said «that all must be done in order to avoid leakage or further damage». I requested a refund, but Darrell has avoided me in the efforts of resolving this. You might as well go to a dealership, the prices aren’t that much different, and you’ll get a guarantee and not the run-​around.
