I personally don’t feel comfortable or safe going to Dr. Alexander. I had several complications after my surgery. The nursing staff is extremely unprofessional. I honestly thought she was a tech and then I found out, she was an RN. I actually asked twice. Extremely Ghetto and hard to understand!!! I still can’t believe she went to college. The equipment didn’t appear to be sanitized(all the equipment mixed together… Used and new), so I brought in my own staple removal which was new and sanitized. My wife is an RN and she was nervous for my safety. She couldn’t believe it either. Dr. Alexander will ask you to leave a $ 1,800 deposit«just incase your insurance doesn’t pay at 100%; if it does, I’ll give the money back»… Fat Chance!!! Kiss that money good-bye… My insurance paid at 100% and I only received partial payment after 18 months. Dr. Alexander will recommend to have your healthy Gallbladder removed as well… He said you won’t need it and that if it ever gets in worse condition, it will be another surgery. What he didn’t say is that he will get another $ 52,000 from your insurance… and he still fought over the reimbursement!!! If I could do it over again, I would go somewhere else.

Giving one star because the building is beautiful and it was easy to make an appointment. Arrived at my scheduled appointment time(2 pm) completed 10 minutes’ worth of paperwork and was promptly escorted to an exam room. I waited in the exam room for an hour and 10 minutes. No one checked on me, told me the doctor was running behind, etc. Got up, walked to the front desk and asked what was going on. Apparently the doctor was on a conference call. No regard whatsoever for my time– could the call not be rescheduled? 3 hours out of my day and I didn’t even get to see the doctor. I would not recommend this office unless you have a full day to blow. Too many other providers to be treated so poorly.
