Terrible customer service! I swear I am one of the biggest fans of this designer, but their choice of workers sucks!!! They treat you like you can’t afford to shop in there! They are a part of guess. If you wak down an escalator and all the way to the back and hit the Guess store. You will be treated right! The Marciano store has gone down in customer service in the past two years. YES! I said TWO years. I have been shopping at this place for almost 7 years, and I still shop there to have faith in their employees to treat me and my friends better and their employees can’t seem to get it right! I am about done with Marciano!
