Results orientated, high-​energy business executive with the abilities and skills to bring new procedures to the market, improve employee involvement, and to acquire new accounts. I have been a major contributor in the introduction of new warranty policies, mechanical operations, and new human resources procedures. Over the last several years, I have excelled as the Operations Director and have built existing and new dealer business, as well as managing regional and national accounts. I oversee the planning, budget, economic development, staffing, and implementation of my company.
