Mi T Fine Car Wash Dallas – Alexis

I had my car washed there today and the equipment seemed fine and seemed to being doing a good job. However, the hand drying was less than complete. The old terry towels left lint all over the car and the windows streaky. The good car wash’s use microfiber towels to dry your car. I asked to borrow a towel to finish what was missed and was told they can’t let me use their towels unless I pay more. Really? Pay more to finish what they should have done!
I went inside to talk to a manager to express my surprise and see if I could use a towel. I was told there was no manager there and the «owners policy is not to let customers use the towels.»
THIS CAR WASH IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN FOUR OTHER CAR WASHES WITHIN A MILE OR SO. WHY PAY MORE FOR INFERIOR WORK AT A PLACE THAT DOES NOT TAKE PRIDE IN ITS WORK AND SHOWS NO INTEREST IN THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I won’t be back and I recommend you try someplace else.

Not a bad car wash but far from the best. I wish the express wash was more express. You gave to plan at least 10 – 15 minutes. Once you get scanned you always have to wait at the gate for someone to spray down your car. Then once you get on the belt… It is truly the slowest belt car wash around. It is affordable for about $ 30 a month I come at lease once a week and it’s great that included is towel drying. A big negative i have is that there is not free vacuums to use like many other places.
PROS: affordable, convenient (4 area locations), towel dry, good wash
CONS: extremely slow always, no vacuums to do yourself, no way to add a service for that day
I have been writing this review while in the tunnel of the car wash, it took 7 minutes IN THE TUNNEL!!!

Just so bad. I had to pull back around and ask to use the vacuum because they did such a terrible job. They wipe your car interior with dirty rags that leaves dirt streaks all over. This place used to be good before they changed it to Mi T Fine. More like Mi T Heck No.

I had the worst experience today with this location. It was my second time and the first time was perfect so I decided to come back. I paid for a full service carwash, which means that includes vacuuming and cleaning the interior. To my disbelief, the carpet was barely vacuumed and part of the console wasn’t even wiped. I told the manager, Pewee Martinez, and he stated that that’s all they can do unless I pay more. I didn’t ask for it to be waxed with detail. I only asked for some basic service that I paid for. Please don’t go to this place that has poor management in addition to services that aren’t cared for! At the end of the day, it is your car. They will want to have nothing to do with it.

Ok, not terrible, not great. Don’t think a pass through the machine was worth $ 12. Was supposed to clean my wheels, but just knocked some of the dirt off. Had to remove my antenna myself; they used to do things like that for you. Overall service has declined here.

Don’t waste your time or money on this car wash. have been going to this same location for 20 years, but ever since MI T Fine bought it the service level is the worst. Bought the 25.00 Managers Special. Ask the attendant to wipe off the rubber mats in the front, and informed me that was extra, asked for the manager and explained all I wanted was the attendant to wipe of the 2 rubber mats in the front again, EXTRA charge, Really! So I spend 25.00 bucks to have a full wash, dry off, vacuum and tire dressing which is applied in the tunnel, and the attendants do a half ass job of wiping the chrome wheels off. This place is the worst! Time to find a new car wash!

It’s a good wash for the money, but I have a jeep and the tire cover blew off and they didn’t catch that. I had to go back after I was already at my office. There was a couple of spots that you could see the brush marks, so it’s not a perfect wash, but like I said, a good and fairly speedy wash for the money.

They do a semi good job. Only thing is they’re a bit slow, seem like there’s more ppl on 1 side and not on another lol. Inside waiting area is pretty clean and spacious. They have an express service side too for vacuuming yourself.

This is a terrible car wash!!! I used to go to this car wash all the time before ownership changed and have only been back when I needed a quick wash since it is by my office.
However this time I went through the wash and their machine malfunctioned and damaged my truck. The onsite manager said it was impossible for their machines to malfunction. I called the headquarters and set up an appointment the next day with the area manager.
Once he saw the damage and I explained what happen he said that the machines are design not to fail. He ran his truck through their and the machine malfunctioned while his truck was going through which again was not meant to malfunction.
His truck came out without a dent but a few scratches but also sits 8″ lower than my truck. After him seeing the malfunction I asked if they would cover the damages and he said no because it didn’t his truck even though it is a lot lower than mine.
When I asked him if we could run my truck through again to show him that his machine caused the damaged he refused. This has now cost me $ 500 for my deductible to get my truck fixed when it was clearly their fault.
I hope Geico can get them to pay!!!

This place is hit or miss. I got the basic wash a month ago and it was really clean. Today I got the Wednesday Special plus dash conditioning and my floor looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. When I asked about my floor and inside door the guy said ashes were hard to vacuum. Hmmmm they weren’t a month ago. He laughed.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Since they changed ownership, it’s terrible. Everything with them is a short cut and poor quality. I have to go over my car in the garage after I get home to take car of all the spots they miss I used to get my tires done by hand there and how it’s done by the machine when it goes through the wash. Can’t even tell it’s been done. Last week I got the $ 25 wash to get the 5 day rain guarantee. I made a photo copy of the receipt and when I presented it to them for the exterior wash, I was told they would not honor it since it was a photo copy and I had to go home and get the original… over $ 6. I had the mgr come out and he refused to do the exterior. I told him I would never come back again if they would not honor it and he walked away. There are way to many car washes in town to use a company that is not reputable and no longer does a good job.

I swear, the majority of carwashes here in Dallas truly have no business being in business.
I took my sedan in for a car wash yesterday, for meeting with clients and bought a $ 25 manager special. After they washed my car, they cleaned it out leaving dirt on the inside door well in addition to not cleaning the car properly.
After yesterday’s rain, I went back for a exterior re-​wash and was told they would not honor my warranty, as I did not have my receipt with me. Most car wash businesses track this by license plates, but not this one.
The guy working the line called his manager and the manager said, too bad.
So, I am now using social media to let everyone know about the service received, or not received, and the lack of detail of the car wash.

I paid $ 25 for my car wash and I got a dirty car back. They didn’t clean inside, I couldn’t believe that. I asked and they guy said they cleaned it a hesitated to reclean my car. I never come back for this one and will not recommend it.

They were really busy, but still thorough on the #6 exterior/​interior combo I got. I dropped one star for the grumpy guy cleaning the inside and for the long wait, but will be back!

I really liked my experience here. The staff was friendly and service was reasonably fast. The menu of services is clearly shown when you pull up, you get to ride through the wash, and then wait in a comfortable lobby while they do the inside of your car. I would definitely come back.

This is a great car wash. $ 18 gets the inside and outside taken care of plus your tires. I had a lot of bugs on my car and the first wash didn’t get them all, never fear the guys drying it scrubbed then off. They even wiped my leather seats down, not sure if they used glass cleaner or not to do so though as I didn’t see any other bottles besides that. Car looked and smelled great and I was in and out in about 20 mins.

The guys at this car wash always do a super job on my car. I always get the #7 to get the inside cleaned. I’ve tried a few others and they were typically more expensive and didn’t seem to have the customer service attitude that this place does. These guys work hard, so I usually tip them pretty good too. The place must be good, there’s always a line of cars.
And the lobby is nicely air conditioned with plenty of magazines to read while you wait. Even a shoe shine guy and a couple of massage chairs. But don’t sit in them, without putting money in, a little alarm will go off! I didn’t know it was me setting it off — finally got up and moved and it stopped. Boy was I embarrassed. Well, not really, but it was kind of funny.

I went on a 14-​hr (round trip) road trip a few weeks ago and my car really needed some TLC. I got their #10 which is their «Super +2» wash. For my «plus 2» I chose the wax and carpet shampoo. The cashier/​attendant at the beginning of the process was friendly and even explained what to do before entering the wash, and where to go for detailing.
There was a wait for the wax and carpet cleaning, but I expected that so it didn’t bother me. I went into their lobby to read a book I brought with me. Their lobby was super clean and full of super nice people.
The end product was great. Their attention to detail was impeccable. My car looked brand new again which is what I was going for.
They do have other washes/​detail services beyond their «#10», but their #10 definitely took care of what I was looking for, and for only $ 100 I got my car looking like new. I won’t go all out like that every single time I come back, but I will definitely be back. I like this car wash much more than others I have gone to and will definitely be back for their basic packages on a regular basis.
