Business Owner

Monica practices CranioSacral Therapy (CST), having completed over 10 years of training through The Upledger Institute in Florida. She administers low impact treatments affecting high impact results, addressing multiple physical issues through CST integrated with other gentle and effective energy therapies. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Texas, and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor.

Monica’s work integrates various therapies to help everyone from infants to adults. One thing that sets her apart from other therapists is her emphasis on SomatoEmotional Release (SER), a therapeutic process that incorporates and expands on the principles of CST to help rid the mind and body of the residual effects of trauma.

Monica is also a marathon running coach and passionate about helping others reach their highest potential. A native Texan living in Dallas with her husband and three teenage kids, Monica is well known for her infectious spirit and joyful personality.
