This company is unreliable. Don’t hire them. They provided no confirmation that they were coming/​late, screened my calls and did not arrive on time. After waiting over 45 minutes from our scheduled time, we decided to go with another company. Very unprofessional.

I really wanted to give these guys 5 stars but paying $ 433 to unload 20 foot truck was a little too much. We moved to a new apartment and there were 50 steps to the living room. The company supervisor sent 2 already very tired guys to help unload the truck. There were a lot of boxes but no sofas or big furniture. There were a couple of big dressers. After working about 30 – 45 minutes, I could tell that they were exhausted. Both guys were very good guys but they are human. They started taking breaks pretty much every 10 minutes to catch their breath.
I worked along with these guys for 5 hours and a lot of packages were kept in the garage instead of carried upstairs. There was a miscommunication and about 10 –15 boxes that should have been left in garage were taken upstairs and 20 – 25 packages that were supposed to be taken upstairs were left in the garage. I spent 3 – 4 hours the following day moving boxes back and forth. I feel like this was a big let down due to the scheduler not communicating the the job correctly. We told them it will be at least 2 hours with stairs, the employees were told it is easy about 2 hour job. I ended up paying a lot of money and worked very hard. I am hesitant about hiring these guys again after this experience. They were very flexible and work later than the other companies I called, which was a plus. The owner seems like he works with the customer to solve problems, but my experience was soured by having to work alongside them and paying close to $ 500.

Superb moving company with the most professional attitude. Corey and his team has been more than accommodating. I had them go to uptown then euless cause the elevator was not available. My mistake and they didn’t charge me! Then euless uptown and then frisco. The move was more than 7 hours. They literally did not stop once. We had really heavy furniture and they took the most care for them. Literally 400 pounds dead weight. They were extremely communicative to let me know their status and progress. I can not say enough good things! I am very picky since I do have some expensive antique and furniture. Here is how I rate them
Quality: they took care of our things like their own.
Timeliness and services: didn’t even stop for a bio break! Always replied via text within 5 min
Professionalism: everyone is up most beat after 7 hours of moving.
Price: they didn’t charge driving fee and very fair with the hours!
The owner is a hardworking father and he is in the grind with his team. So I would say two thumbs up and give this hard working father business and kudos for having the most professional team ever!
Ps: previous reviewer mentioned trailer… So what? It’s bigger than most moving trucks! We moved 2 houses into one large home and it all fit in one trip! Everything was wrapped double wrapped and tripled wrapped. My very fragile string Chinese cello in a soft outer bag was in perfect condition!

Spoke with Reggie, the owner. His offer for moving couldn’t be more simple, it’s also the most competitive offer I’ve had. (Been researching for weeks).
He is very fast to return communications (we basically used text message which is easier for me.)
It’s still a small business but I know they will be growing and I recommend them!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I hired this company based off their incredible reviews, but I had the exact opposite experience. My movers were scheduled to arrive between 9 am and 10 am. They showed up around 11:30 am and with no supplies — no dolly, no shrink wrap, no furniture pads, etc. I had to run out to the store to purchase all of these supplies on my own while they waited back at my house. When I asked why they were running so late, one of the movers told me he was out late the night before and just had some trouble getting up that morning. I called the main number for the company multiple times and left messages trying to explain the situation to the owner. He finally called me back about an hour later and offered to either send another crew to my house within 2 hours or give me a 50% discount on the total price. I was already hours behind my original schedule at this point and could not afford to wait any longer for another crew to show up. The reason I chose this company was because of their great reviews, but this was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this company

I emailed about a quote and got a reply and it was straightforward with a flat fee per hour (plus tax) and no hidden fees. Any questions I had they got right back to me within a reasonable amount of time. I went with On the Spot because of the great reviews and I’m happy I did. I felt good about the whole process. I had my stuff in boxes, organized, and all items moved into my apartment living room and ready to go. From the moment they arrived it was clear they respected my time and got right down to work. All along the way they assured me of how things were going. They were efficient, quick but careful, professional, organized, and most of all just a friendly and personable pair of guys. At the end of the day I chose to pay by debit card and it was fast and easy. To sum it all up, these guys come in, move your stuff, you pay, and there you go! It all went so smooth. I will call again when the time comes.

Overall, good job! Four stars because they were late, and broke two wheels off two different items, which wasn’t a great loss, so it not too upset about it. Other than that, the two movers worked hard, were efficient and well-​organized. Didn’t drag out the time either. Would recommend.

Just got finished moving with On The Spot and the experience was FANTASTIC. I’ll tell you now, they’re not the fastest company on the planet, but it’s only because they treat your belongings like their own (and it’s no problem because the hourly cost can’t be beat). Quin and J.R. were personable, friendly and incredibly organized! If I ever move again — which I hope I won’t, because let’s face it, who likes moving? I will definitely use On The Spot again! They made the process so much easier.

Outstanding service! We moved from Addison to McKinney this past weekend, Corey and his crew have been awesome along the way helping us moved in to our new house. They worked tirelessly for hours under a 100 degree weather, no complaining or slacking whatsoever. The hourly rate is also very competitive compare to what other companies quoted me. Very satisfied and will definitely recommend to anyone plans to move locally!

These guys are AWESOME! They were very prompt with the times that I had to work with having an extremely busy schedule. This alone is very important to me seeing how I need to have everything work on schedule. When they arrived they were ready to go, not wasting a moment.
They took very good care of all of my belongings with not a single issue there. These guys were all very helpful and intuitive when it came to handling all of the items. Cory was On The Spot with everything and not only will I use his service in the future, I will always recommend him and On The Spot to everyone I know!!!

We hired On the Spot Moving company to move furniture in 4 rooms in prep for new floors. We were concerned about our extremely heavy contemporary furniture but OTSMC did an awesome job. They were careful, efficient, and very thorough. They completed the job in 1 hour. Best part is they are all so friendly and took care of our stuff as if it’s their own. We would totally hire OTSMC again for any moving needs. Thanks OTSMC!!! You’re the BEST!!!

My husband and I have moved 3 times within the past 5 years. (That’s apartment living for ya!) So this go around, we wanted to use a moving company. We found On The Spot via Unilocal and decided to give them a go. We called on a Tuesday and they were able to accommodate our request for a Saturday move (Hourly rate prices are GREAT!). The guys (2) showed up a little before 9:30am and got to moving. They were quick and certainly careful with our furniture. We had everything moved out in about 1.5 hours. (1 bedroom apartment with lots of clothes/​shoes/​heavy furniture items) They were even nice enough to drop off/​unload a few items at my mother’s house for us which was such a big help! The unloading took about another 1.5 hours or so. Altogether, it took little over 3.5 hours for the entire move BUT 3 hours was all they charged us for! I couldn’t be more pleased with the polite and professional service we received from On The Spot! We will definitely recommend this company and will use their services again when and if the time comes! Thank you On The Spot!

I called Corey yesterday to ask if he could deliver and put together a large trampoline we bought for our Grandkids Christmas gift from Academy. He not only said yes but got it done Christmas Eve just in time! Corey also did it all himself to give his crew time off for the holidays! If that isn’t «On The Spot» I don’t know what is! I was anxious from the moment I started packing to the moment right before Corey and Dustin arrived. I had someone booked right before I learned about them and I’m so glad I changed my mind and chose Spot instead. Everything happens for a reason right? They were polite, professional and most of all efficient. They got me moved and taken care of in no time. All my anxieties were for nothing.
I would definitely recommend them for anyone. I would also suggest getting them booked now, because once word gets out on how well priced they are and what a great job they do, I have a really good feeling they are going to book up pretty quick. And if anyone saw how much stuff I had and how quickly they moved it, they’d be pretty surprised, very impressed. Anyone who knows me, give me a shout, I’ll tell ya all about it!
