Karen is fantastic! She has helped ease my pain in my lower back and shoulders tremendously. She has a knack for finding where the problems are and is dedicated to helping make plan to help them heal.
The facility is conveniently located, quite secure, good parking, and her room is very clean and nice.
I always appreciate that she keeps a log of the areas troubling me and follows up with every session to see how they are progressing.
If you are having any type of stress related tension or soft tissue injury, you won’t regret booking with her! She is really a gifted therapist.

Karene is phenomenal. She is so professional, knowledgable, and so pleasant to talk and interact with. At my first visit in late February 2013, the first good 10 – 15 minutes before she started the massage was talking with me about any work I had done in the past (therapeutic massage), what was hurting me now, what my concerns were… and then she did some initial testing and surveying to see what she would be starting with. She keeps a handwritten notebook and asks me weekly on my progress. She asks what worked, what didn’t, how do I feel, how I feel I’m progressing or not… and when one area started getting worse she urged me to contact my doctor about getting an MRI. I just had that June 11, 2013. Turns out I do have a muscle tear on my rotator cuff. I will have to meet with an orthopedic doctor but I will continue to have Karene work on me. She does have online scheduling but follow up with a phone call as sometimes the online scheduler doesn’t synch. I now have a standing appt with her each week so a first phone call is probably best so you can talk with her about what you are looking for her to help you with. She offers all types of massage from relaxation to therapeutic. I feel she has my best interests at heart and never pushes me for a longer session (she even told me when I could go to shorter sessions which of course is LESS money for her). She takes credit or debit card and uses the Square on her iPhone which automatically texts me a receipt of my payment. A one hour session is $ 60 and a 90 min is $ 85 plus I always tip as she is worth it. Her anatomy and physiology knowledge are very impressive, and she takes time to explain everything to me and answers any questions or concerns. She is well worth it and I highly recommend her services.
