I am not happy with this location, I have never had a wrong order and was even willing to bring it back and the manager not be able to work something out. Papa johns prides itself on customer service but the manager here does not seem to go by the same motto. I will not be ordering from here again. I guess I will have to go back to dominos, at least they actually care about the customer.

0 STARS. Worst Papa Johns… ordered online for 6:30 arrival, it got here at 6:45. Their signature garlic dip was not in box so I called and asked why, the so-called manager got on and said it was not delivered with thin crust pizzas. News to me. But what was soooo frustrating about this experience is that the manager claimed he didn’t know if that info was on their website or not. And it was obvious in his voice he could not care less. No apologies for confusion, nothing. Lost my business. This was the manager, a guy, that was there on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 6:50pm.

I guess in my 68 years I have been treated more rudely but I can’t recall when! After waiting for more than 5 minutes at the counter — one of the staff looked at me — turned around to the kitchen and yelled «walk in»! Is «may I help you» asking too much? I was on my way home and decided to stop rather than go home and place an online order. If you don’t want «walk-in’s» — just say so. I won’t be back — too bad — the pizza was yummy!

For a fast food pizza place, this location was awesome. I picked up 2 pizzas, then got a phone call that the pizza itself was wrong (but in the right box). They offered to swap and give a refund. Chris is great and super nice!
