Kids loved it. Who wouldnt. I got glow it was cool. I ordered pizza it was yummy. Time went so fast. But server kept telling me infront of guest how much time was left and would give me papers to pay infront of guest when I still had my time left. Very rude and uncomfortable. That should be done after party. And I ordered snapshot I liked the photos but they didnt take ANY party room pictures or cake and gift time. bummed.

This experience was bad from the confirmation call. The man on the phone was rude, pushy and basically called me a disappointment to my son for not purchasing the upgraded party packages. He’s 3. The day of the party, we arrived 15 minutes before our party time, but were not allowed into the first arena until 30 minutes AFTER our party was scheduled to begin. We were reassured that we would get our full time to play. We did not. We were rushed through each arena by two VERY disinterested young men to our party room. Once there, we were again rushed to feed 25 people and open gifts all within 20 minutes. Once we reached the SCHEDULED end time, the young man in our party room began cleaning up the room while were trying to finish opening gifts. He actually forced my grandfather who is terminally ill and was attempting to switch out his oxygen tanks to get up and move so he could clean the table he was sitting at. He was literally out of air, but this kid didn’t care. We made it clear then that were very upset. Then, as I was paying our tab, all the staff members who’d worked our party were standing behind the front counter as the cashier took my money and told me that tips were expected but not required. Having been in both sales and service, I understand how crappy their jobs are, so I did leave a few dollars for each of them. We did, however, get the owner’s information and file a complaint via email. I have had several parties here over the years, but this will be my last. I’m absolutely disgusted by the whole thing. We lost at least 30 minutes of our party time and most of the staff couldn’t have cared less. The only exception was Jordan who was friendly, helpful and considerate. Unfortunately, he wasn’t even part of the staff on our party. We spent almost$ 300 for the most basic party package for 15 kids. No where near worth the money!

John was phenomenal! We showed up mistaking they were open and we’re celebrating our son’s 3rd birthday. Despite being closed he welcomed us in and turned everything on just for him. Our son loved it! He had 30 minutes of the place to himself. If there was ever a definition of «kid friendly,» John and this location of «Pump it Up» is it!

OK, so I recently booked a party for my 3 year old daughter here, so I am writing this review just to point out the Pros & Cons of my experience. I booked for the Ultimate party package for 15 kids. A few days before the party, a guy named John called me to just confirm how much food and what my party arrangements are gonna be. I did not like the fact that he TRIED to cheat me out of 2 boxes of pizzas. It clearly stated on their website that the package that I booked for(15 kids Ultimate) will include 5 boxes of pizzas. This John insisted that it I will get 3 boxes… until I told him that I am actually looking at the website while talking to him, so he kinda just dismissed me and said ok, I will get 5 boxes of pizzas. This place needs to seriously consider changing their playtime and party room schedule. The kids basically get 1hr and 20 min of playtime, and ONLY40 min for the party room to eat. I felt so rushed in their party room and kind of embarrassed because people are still eating and their employee is already trying to clean up their tables. I don’t even mind paying more just to have maybe 30 minutes more in the party room. Also, make sure that when you book a party for them, make sure that they give the kids the favor bags. For some reason, they did not give out the favor bags that we paid for which is $ 3.95 each, so they ended up giving me a refund for those. PRO: Kids will have a blast and the glow party was a great addition. CONS: not well trained employees – very unorganized; short party room time; kids did not receive party favors.

You really can’t go wrong with a party at Pump It Up. The staff does most of the work, the kids have a blast, they’re worn out, passing out in the car or shortly after arriving home. Quiet time for parents.

One of the things I like about this particular place compared to other bouncy house’s is they have an employee constantly walking around watching keeping kids following the rules and kids safe. I appreciate this since my little one is only 2 yrs. It is a clean place. Looks really cool for having birthday parties! The one time we were there we met the owner at the front desk. He seemed very nice, personal and interested in if we had a good time and encouraged us to come back. Gotta love an owner that is involved in their business usually a good sign!

Went for a birthday party recently. It is a lot of fun and good exercise for the kids. Injuries do happen. The worst incident I have heard about so far is a broken bone. Part of what makes the place fun(slippery, steep slides) is what makes it dangerous. Even knowing about that incident we took our son to try it out. One thing that is nice about it is each party is given their own private time in the play areas. That way you don’t have a bunch of big kids with the little kids… unless you invited kids of various ages to your party. We’ll be back eventually, but it may be a little dangerous for a 3 year old.
