I have been a customer for many years and a couple of times my shoes have not been ready when promised. Today, they were not ready. I ask WHY he did not call me to let me know. No reply… and the excuse was that the machine was broken but strangely enough 30 minutes later he calls to tell me the shoes are ready unfortunately, I had already left town and could not pick them up. I wanted to wear these shoes on my trip out of town. When I did finally pick them up, I asked for a discount or something for my inconvenience, he refused saying he has 1000, s of customers and sometimes shoes are not ready. I say, he now has 1 less customer! The owner is inflexible, inconsiderate and rude.

I went to this place to have a favorite pair of shoes repaired. The owner was nice — has been in that location for several years! He fixed the shoes way better than I expected. Will return again.
