Not saying anything bad about this location in particular, had a horrible experience with the app… DO NOT USE IT. I tried to sign up for online services, they charge my credit card twice, then proceeded to decline it. This was over a week ago and they have yet to return the money back on my card. Have been on the phone with them four times trying to handle this issue with no resolution. The operators are just stupid (I apologize for lack of a better word), unprofessional and not helpful at all. When I finally did get to a manager after the third phone call he promised to get the issue resolved and that was over 24 hours ago and still nothing has happened. I am beyond frustrated and even though I’ve had success with weight loss at this company, I am begging you to take your business elsewhere because if they are screwing a loyal customer like me like this right now imagine what they will inevitably do with you. I would give them zero stars if I could.
