The best chiropractic center in Dallas. Heather (message therapist) works directly with the Doctor to give the best message focusing on what the doctor thinks the pain is. She is the best message therapist I have every had.

I bought a massage here on Groupon, and I am SO glad that I did!
The massage itself was pretty good. I’m not going to lie and say it was the best I’ve ever had, but it was decent. The woman was very personable and nice. But what really sold me on this place was Dr. Black! Not only did he spend almost an hour with me (a non-​paying customer!), but he was more than willing to help me out. He seemed genuinely concerned with my well-​being, and wanted to help me feel better. He is knowledgeable about his job, but he also has these amazing techniques to relieve pain. As he explained to me, he does about 10 times the required continuing education hours. He looks for tricks and techniques that will help the work he does as a chiropractor. He may not be the cheapest, but he is SO worth it! Do yourself a favor-​stop by and see what they’re all about. They rely on word-​of-​mouth advertising, so I wanted to make sure I got on here and helped to market their unique talents. Seriously, y’all…Just go.

Nice and professional people. I had shoulder and neck pain due to my frequent work on computers.
I got the deal on Groupon. I arrived 5 min early and the center was closed as they start at 1 PM, but thy came right on time. They were very quick on getting the paperwork done and within minutes i was getting my Massage done. The guy was a professional and within minutes he found out the Trigger point. He concentrated on the neck and shoulders and gave me a relaxing massage. Although the massage finished 10 mins before but I have no complaints. By the end of the massage, my pain had reduced too much. When I was going out, the doctor enquired about my pain and took me to his cabin to understand the issue better. He also offered to check if the massage therapy is covered in my insurance plan or not. I had a good experience. Please understand this is a clinic not a spa, so do not expect any fancy stuffs.

First and foremost, I never leave a review for anything. However, Dr Black has been a lifesaver for me!!!
If you have chronic or acute pain, sinus issues, recurring headaches, concentration/​memory/​focus problems, digestion issues, or tight/​pulled/​strained muscles I recommend, no I DEMAND you call Dr. Black! He and is staff are Brilliant, Friendly, Professional, Caring, Focused, Detailed, and Passionate. Whether you need a simple therapeutic deep tissue massage, or extensive musculoskeletal testing and treatment, you will get them here. Oh, did I mention they are on most large insurance plans. Yes, even for the massage therapy!!!
Lastly whoever wrote the mediocre reviews for the wellness center, please know that this is not a Massage Envy. It sounds to me like perhaps there was just a different set of expectations as a patient going for your first appointment. Massage therapy is an invaluable piece of total wellness treatment that the center offers, but the functional neurology expertise of Dr. Brandon Black is something I recommend for everyone,

Got the group on deal. To summarize that. They weren’t welcoming at all. Got 10 min short on my massage session, which wasn’t professional neither nice. The massage was okay!

My wife had visited Wellness Center to use a Groupon that I got for her birthday. She loved it so much that she signed me up for an appointment. I arrived a bit late, and got in right away. Let me say, Andrea was fantastic. It was the best massage I think I’ve ever had. I described some pain I had been having, and within 20 minutes she had found the source — the relief since then has been enormous. So I definitely recommend Andrea.
The only thing that keeps it from five stars is the lack of a warm greeting from the front desk. It was my first time there, and they didn’t really make me feel welcome.

I purchased a 60 minute groupon massage to check this place out. It wasn’t on Unilocal and I usually go off of reviews but I thought hey, I will check them out.
The massage was okay, nothing a matter with it, but average, nothing to rave and refer my friends to.
What I didn’t like was that I arrived 10 mins early. My appointment was at 3pm, they called me back about 10 mins late, I went in, got undressed and it took about another 5 minutes for the massage therapist to come back in. When she was done I knew it felt short so I checked the time on my phone and it was 3:57. So I was shorted about 20 minutes. Not cool, because thats not what the deal was for.
And of course I’m not going to say, hey, you’re not done! LOL how awkward is that? You shouldn’t have to ask for them to complete the 60 minutes. I just won’t be going back.
On top of that the people at the front were not the most welcoming. The guy at the front was okay, he said hello and good bye, it was the girls (one just sitting and texting on her phone) and the other on the computer that didn’t say a word to me when I entered or when I left.
So this place overall was not anything like a wellness center, or a friendly welcoming place that you would go to for relaxing massages etc. And I have had my share of massages. So my recommendation would be to find another place where they actually care about creating a relationship with customers to make sure you want to come back.
