Epic Limousine

I am not big review person, but my experience with Epic was so good that I had to write about it.
I planned a last minute trip up to Sonoma for my birthday. After a quick Unilocal search I found that Epic was the clear choice. The only problem was I needed a bus for 12 people for the next day. Not a problem for Epic. I called Irwandie and he guided me through the online booking process and called me back to confirm.
The sprinter showed up on time and our driver Tony was very accommodating and very professional. The van was clean and in excellent condition.
The trip was a blast in huge part because of the service provided by Epic. I highly recommend. And if my experience was not enough Irwandie followed up to make sure my trip was great. That is what really put my experience over the top. This company cares!

Awesome experience — a friend booked an Epic bus to take us to Sonoma for a tasteful wine country soirée. Our driver (Tony, I believe) was punctual, friendly, and even wore a suit– talk about swank.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Epic to anyone and everyone!

I used Epic Limo for a birthday trip to Sonoma, and the first limo had some technical difficulties. While our group initially wanted to make the drive regardless of the car trouble, our drive Ross took care to make sure the car was safe and insisted we wait for his boss to bring another car. Both Ross and the owner apologized profusely for the inconvenience, even as I assured them it was not a big deal (my friends and I are pretty easy going).
Since we ended up running about an hour late, we had to move 2 of our winery reservations and cancel our last one. But in order to make up for the delay, Epic Limo covered both of our (fairly pricey) tastings. Paying for the tastings was an awesome gesture (over the top even!) and demonstrates an excellent level of customer service.
My group and I had an awesome day despite the rain and initial car trouble, and much of that is owed to our friendly and amazing driver Ross and the owner who comped the tastings. Highly recommend :)

My girlfriends and I booked Epic Limo for a six hour trip to Napa. Their prices were very reasonable. Our driver was extremely nice and made sure he communicated with us about our destinations and departure times from each winery. Overall, I was very impressed with the way Irwan, from Epic Limo, handled our account. I highly recommend their services to anyone. I know I will be using them again on my next wine tasting adventure.

I booked an Epic SUV to pick me and my husband up from our wedding. Paid in advance for the pick up. After the wedding, the SUV was a no-​show. Really? On our wedding night??? Called to figure out where the driver was. Was told the driver fell asleep. Wow, how professional? We both were left humiliated and ended up booking an Über XL instead.

We had a great day up in Sonoma, and Epic made that possible. They were communicative and flexible leading up to the trip (3 days before we left we switched from Napa to Sonoma). Irwandie does a phenomenal job of organizing everything and our driver, Vic, was awesome during the trip. I’d use Epic again in a heartbeat!

We got an 8 passenger white limo for our wedding. Booking was easy and efficient; the driver punctual, friendly, and professional; and the car immaculate and first class.

I needed a reliable trustworthy car service, who could accommodate a last minute request the evening of Christmas Eve. I spoke to Irwandie who provided a quote for service and it was a very fair quote. I told Irwandie my boss’ usual car service was closed for the holiday and he’s very particular. I let him know I need an honest, reliable, trustworthy car service with a great professional driver who can take care of my boss’ list of requests. With great confidence Irwandie told me he likes and respect particular people who know what they want and they are the company to get the job done. I asked him a few questions and decided to give him a chance. I’m excited to say Epic Limousine is a top notch 5 star car service who met all of my boss’ expectations and then some. All of Irwandie’s town cars were booked that evening so he upgraded the car to a beautiful Mercedes at no extra charge. The driver was punctual, called the passenger upon arrival as requested, drove safely, and when Mike the driver got stuck waiting for the passenger all night, (sorry again Mike) Irwandie contacted me with out a complaint and was happy to switch out drivers to complete the job. I will not hesitate to use Epic Limousine for any occasion and would proudly recommend Irwandie, Mike, the company, team, and service to everyone I know! Thank you again Irwandie and Mike for your kind customer service and amazing professionalism, it’s greatly appreciated. I look forward to working with you again soon!

Irwin and company did a great job!!! Communication was on point. The price was right and my group of 9 + baby (carseat provided) was comfortable the whole time. We went to Napa in the rain and went off route. Irwin called the vineyards before to make sure we could get in and made lunch reservations for us. We were well taken care of the whole time. Highly recommended for price and service.

Everything went great during our Napa trip. Irwan called ahead to the vineyards to make sure everything was in order, and had excellent backup plans when things didn’t go as planned.

Not only did Irwandie of Epic Limo respond quickly and patiently answered all my questions, but he was extremely helpful and accommodating in planning our trip. On the day of our trip he surprised us with an upgraded vehicle and was nice enough to send his driver John (who was great) to pick up our lunch while we were on a wine tour so that we would stay on schedule. Irwandie genuinely wanted us to have a great experience — and we certainly did!

This company really lives up to the Unilocal reviews and deserves these 5 stars. I called many places and decided to go with Epic Limousines because of the reviews, price, and general attitude on the phone.
I booked an 8 passenger limo for a pick up at SFO. It was $ 150 to go from SFO to Fisherman’s Wharf, which was a good deal. Irwandie was very helpful on the phone, emailed me a receipt, and even added champagne to the car after I texted him before pickup. There was also a reminder email a day before.
Booking was swift and easy, and Irwandie was incredibly prompt and helpful at pickup. The limo was beautiful, stocked with sodas and water (and champagne), and had an auxilkiar cord for music. I would DEFINITELY recommend this service and will absolutely be using Epic Limousines in the future. Thanks Irwandie!

Woohoo! we used Epic Limo services for our 3 days manager’s retreat in San Rafael. We were lucky enough to reserved the services 1 week before the retreat. Irawan is very knowledge about this industry and super helpful which made my booking so much easier. Our rides including both the chatter bus and SUVs are clean and made it very comfortable to sit in. We rented an 8 person and a 12 person limo on Aug 21 for our wedding day. The limos were clean, well kept, and stocked with champagne, water and mixers. We were using the limos to shuttle the entirety of our guest list between 4 different spots in between San Francisco and San Mateo. We were all on time, everyone got to where they needed to be exactly when it was required and the shuttling of all our guests was wonderful. With many people commented on how nice of a trip it was in the limos between the destinations.
Highly recommend and cannot thank Epic limo enough for keeping us and everyone else on track during our wedding.

I needed trustworthy reliable transportation for my daughter arriving in San Francisco to attend school. As a father I was concerned about her safety and the reliability of a car service.
Irwandi and his team met and surpassed my expectations. Their service was responsive and accomodating alleviating any of my concerns. My daughter arrived safely to her destination.

They were very helpful over the phone, friendly and quick service! needed a ride from SFO to Sausalito hour prior to flight landing and they were on time and pick up went very smoothly! Will definitely use them again for our company!

From the first phone call to get a quote from Irwan, all the way to saying goodbye to our driver Juan at the end of our day it was so easy to work with Epic.
First off, Irwan was fast and quick getting me quotes for our Bachelorette Napa Wine Tasting trip, and his quote over the phone matched exactly what our contract came in for. Other limo companies took 3 – 7 days to even get a quote and then would try to bump up the charges when the contract came through.
Our Driver Juan (#wonderfuljuan) was great! He was on time for our early morning start, didn’t mind a slight change in route (to take us over the Golden Gate Bridge since traffic was really light), and was quick and ready whenever we were done with our locations! Champagne, soda and water were all cold and ready when we arrived. The limo was super clean and everything worked like a charm! We were so sad when our ride ended, but would recommend Epic to anyone in the Bay Area.

Long overdue review. I had rented the hummer white limo for my wedding day back in September 2014. When the limo got to my hotel, the axel broke. I was split from my wedding party of 14 people and the photographers 2 out of 4 hours we were supposed to take pictures. We had to wait an hour for two limos to pick us up to take us to locations to take photos. The other limo always got lost and I didn’t get the photos I wanted with the wedding party which I had to pay the photographers and videographers $ 200/​hour and they had to go separately in their cars. This really ruined my wedding day. They comped the limo but I didn’t care I just wanted everything to run smoothly I don’t care about the money. Why didn’t they have a back up limo? We were also 40 minutes late to the ceremony. Thanks a lot for ruining my wedding

I had a new make up artist two weeks before the wedding so that didn’t ruin my day. Yes my planner sent me a dead bouquet but I received a new one when I got to the ceremony. Yes I didn’t get the lighting gobo on the dance floor but the lighting company still got all the lighting in the entire wedding venue so that didn’t ruin my day either. Thank you for bringing all that up, very professional of you.
Whichever bridesmaid thanked you got her sunglasses back and yes you didn’t have to ship it for FREE but I’m glad you didn’t talk to my other bridesmaids who cursed out my wedding planner. You will never understand what my entire wedding party had to go through those 4 hours… No one was smiling or having fun. Am I supposed to give you 5 stars for doing your job to replace the limo that took more than 15 minutes? You should be responsible to have paid those hours I had to pay my photographer and videographer when we were all separated. I got no photos for hours and the photos I did get were rushed and yeah I’m glad you actually admitted how late we were to my wedding ceremony.
I’m glad you replaced that hummer limo, now hopefully no bride will have to go through what I went through. Also, after this experience, won’t plan on ever renting another limo especially hearing about those limo deaths from the bridal party on San Mateo bridge last year and recently the bridal party deaths in Long Island, NY.
I didn’t tell you about my pregnancy and I don’t believe you are being genuine about congratulating me. Quite honestly please don’t try reaching out or look for information about me.

We had a great experience with Epic Limousine. They were great to work with. We had a last minute change with the number of our group so they graciously offered to downsize the vehicle to a SUV with no extra charge giving us the fee of a SUV and not the stretch limo we had reserved.
Our driver Al was wonderful. We would text him when we were finishing up and he would be at the entrance waiting for us. Midway through our day he had replaced all our waters with cold fresh ones, ensuring we stayed hydrated through all the wine tasting.
Overall, I highly recommend.

Great service. Called and sent several emails to confirm details. Gave us a great price for a luxury van which was very comfortable and for all 8 of us without a problem. Driver arrived early and was extremely professional. No surprise charges in the end. Highly recommend this company.

I have only wonderful things to say about Epic. We used Epic two weekends in a row when we had friends in town to go to Napa. From the time I sent the inquiry to getting dropped off at the end of the day, and everything in between, the service was wonderful. Irwandie is very friendly and very knowledgable and the car itself was very nice and very clean.
Irwandie provided us with champagne upon getting in the car and during each stop he cleaned the car and had new bottles of water waiting for us. He offered to take photos of us and even called the wineries for us when we were running late.
I highly recommend Epic for any transportation needs in the Bay Area. They are at the top of our list and our go-​to going forward!

I wanted to proposed my girlfriend which now already become my Fiancé: D and all thanks to the Epic Limousine that play a huge and important role on make sure that my proposal went smoothly. The driver gave me a phone call when he was one block away from the proposal location, and during that time me and my team wasn’t finished with our decoration, what really surprised and amazed me was the driver’s willingness to play along with me and helped me stalling time by circling around couple of block to delayed the arrival.
My Fiancé are very happy with the service, she told me that the driver arrived at the location very promptly and kindly treated her like a princess. The limo’s was very clean and luxurious.
I have no other words that can describe how much I am thankful for Irwandie and the team.

This company is a scam!
They give you a price and confirm and then charge you higher amount without any explanation. The car was clean, and the driver decent, but I doubt that they are trustworthy.

I made a same day airport pickup request and was accommodated by Irwan. I booked a stretch limo because I thought it was the only vehicle that would fit 3 persons and 9 luggages. Irwan suggested a full size SUV instead to save me some $$$. Wow! A business that helps me save money at the expense of its profit margin deserves a five star in my book. It helped that Irwan was on time to pick up my mom and even helped with the luggages.

No doubt about it, I definitely am giving Irwan/​Epic Limo SF 5 STARS for his professionalism and overall service. I have always pictured my bachelorette bash to include a wine limo tour to Napa and once I saw Epic Limo’s reviews online I did not even consider using other services out there.
From the initial conversation via phone/​text/​email, Irwan always promptly responded with all the answers to my inquiries. Once my friend/​bridesmaid took over all the planning, from what she told me, Irwan remained quick in responding all questions she had for him.
On the day of the tour, I couldn’t ask for a better turnout! He picked us up at our hotel on time, champagnes ready to be popped inside the limo as the ladies and I enjoyed an hour or more ride to Napa playing bachelorette games and drinking champagne (yes — it’s happy hour at 10 am!!).Not only was he a pro at driving, he also assisted in taking us pics and giving us directions where and how we should pose to get a great shot!

We had a fantastic experience with Epic Limousine! I was referred to Epic by my cousin who used their service on a recent trip to Sonoma. He only had good things to say, so I gave them a call when I was looking for a limo company to take 9 friends to Napa.
Irwandie was great through the whole process. He was able to match the price he gave to my cousin and accommodated to all our extra requests. Not to mention, I probably called/​emailed them about five times before the trip to ask 50 questions, and he was so nice through it all! All my questions were answered and they assured me that everything would be taken care of on the day of the trip.
On Saturday, our driver (Hector) showed up right on time. Communication was fantastic, he gave me a call half an hour before to confirm location and time. When we got in the limo, it was extremely clean and was fully stocked with champagne and water per our requests. In the contract, we specified which wineries we wanted to go to so they could map out their route. Throughout the day, Hector was always in touch and even helped keep us on schedule to ensure we could visit all the wineries we wanted to. One of my friends wasn’t feeling well and stayed in the limo, so Hector took the time to find shaded parking so my friend could be comfortable.
Overall– the service & experience was exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Epic Limousine again in the future. Thanks for helping us create some amazing memories!
