Great place for casual, relaxed dining. The model airplanes and sports references are entertaining. It’s an inexpensive place to take the family of 4 and everyone can get what they want, the menu has a big range. Servers have always been friendly and helpful. Nacho is great.

A late evening drive to the park took us to Carver Hanger. The bar is the real deal!!! Peanuts on the floor. I was amazed, couldn’t stop smiling. My friend and I were having fun throwing the peanuts on the floor. We had their veggie burgers, delicious!!!(Is that too many! s?)it’s really great :)

Love this place! The guys that work here are wonderful and friendly and know good service. The burgers are HUGGEEEE so if you’re small like me split it or save half or eat it all! I love coming here with family and friends and their tater tots are perfectly cooked each time too. Fun atmosphere and I can’t explain enough how fast the service is and how nice all the people are that work there!

The Hanger is usually busy, and after our fourth visit we say adiós old friend, hasta la vista. The food has been less than stellar and the service has been miserable on the last three visits. Too many great places who earn our cash to do business any longer with this establishment.

I live nearby and came in on a busy Friday night with my extended family, including two small children. We found seating immediately and our orders were taken promptly, even the one-year old who requested more milk for her sippy cup! Our server did an awesome job and was accommodating and very sweet to our girls, thank you and keep up the good work!

Uninspiring but adequate. We had breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were better than average but not the best. I ordered scrambled eggs got fried I had to cut with a knife. The hash browns were ok but the country potatoes were over seasoned and inedible. Overall the food was passable but boring. I have had really good pizza here but breakfast was ho hum. Certainly better than the horrible little restaurant just down the street. If you have to choose go here. Friendly efficient service with a smile.

Really wanted to try the nachos but the family wasn’t in the mood… and good Lord knows I couldn’t have made a dent in the nacho pan by myself! The family of four behind us shared a serving of nachos and were muttering about being stuffed when they were done. My husband had the chili burger and wasn’t impressed. They did tell us upfront that it’s canned chili… and he didn’t like it.(Mind you, that didn’t keep him from eating most of it) I had the 1⁄3 cheeseburger with onion rings… and, I’m ashamed to admit, I ate almost the entire thing. Our adult daughter had the chicken strips and fries and had to take half of the strips home. The fries appear to be fresh cut, so they’re a little greasy. But fries are supposed to be like that, right? I liked them… she didn’t. Would I drive from Beaverton to Carver again just to eat there… maybe not. But would I stop on my way to McIver Park… absolutely. And next time… we’re getting the nachos, like it or not!

First timer here. Grew up in Estacada and been past here a million times. Last night I went for my birthday. Fellow Unilocalers(?)( Unilocalians?) raved about he nachos so I ordered the full. WHOA! This is the biggest plate of food I have ever had at any place ever! I ate for 30 minutes straight and didn’t make a dent. I brought them home to my three teenagers and still theres a plenty. They were very good. Loads of toppings. Plenty of any of its components. At least six people could eat on this and get full. Also got a «3 bagger» pizza to go. Delicious. Nice amount of crust, good sauce, wasn’t messy, good smoke on the meat. Very very busy for a reason. Plenty of sounds, tvs, people, food, good time. I will be back again

Love this place! Best fish and chips I’ve ever had!!! Giant nachos, great burgers and amazing deep fried mushrooms. I’ve never had a bad meal here and could go on, but these are my favorites. I highly recommend the hanger to anyone and everyone :)

A neat little hidden spot in Carver, far from the beaten path. Lots to choose from if you’re a carnivore — and even a couple items for us vegetarians(thus the 4 stars, not 5). Great staff, strong drinks, and lots of entertainment abound; this is turning into a usual spot for us.

Fantastic local restaurant for the neighboring areas. If you have a burger craving, hands down one of the best burgers in town. Try the Babes or if you can’t handle all that burger, there is the Baby Babes, smaller version. And if you come back, try the pizza! Happy eating!

After spending a couple of days backpacking in the Roaring Wilderness area this place was a gem. Service: A+ Our waitress was on the ball Food: I had two excellent Bloody Mary’s, an excellent omelet accompanied by a wonderful biscuit and a killer side of bacon. Needless to say they do not skimp on the portions. A Drinks: I downed two Bloody Mary’s; need I say more. A Price: Sound A The plus is the peanuts that you can shell and toss on the floor. A
Great place to stop after sometime in the woods.

Every time I’ve eaten here the food is lousy! The only thing good here is the peanuts in the shell you can toss on the floor! I detest the parking area because people park on the street and when you come up off the Carver bridge to make a left at that intersection you can’t see around the cars to pull out! There should be no parking there whatsoever! I have lived out here over 24 years and have to deal with this on a consistent basis! It’s basically just a watering hole for people getting off work on their way home!

We had a hard time finding a place to get a late breakfast as everyone was closing up shop early for the 4th — we were happy to find this place! Upon walking in we were immediately greeted, staff was busy rushing around but still helped us find a table. Since there was just two of us they suggested we sit in the bar to save the bigger tables for bigger groups(fine with us — we appreciated their consideration). The bar floor was covered with peanut shells, especially around the tables. Certainly a relaxed atmosphere! There were full bowls of peanuts on the tables, and the staff cleaned off a booth for us. Our waiter was friendly and no nonsense, but observant and attentive. He brought our coffees out promptly along with a full pot to keep on our table. The coffee(I take it black) was perfectly passable — not particularly delicious, but absolutely drinkable(I drank about 3 cups of it). My husband had hash browns with eggs, cheese and onions on top(the Dr O). He said it was amazing. I had the French toast combo with scrambled eggs. The eggs were good, but not super hot. This was the only negative I observed. The bacon was incredible(just slightly, deliciously burnt on the edges, not at all greasy feeling) and the French toast tasted homemade(with a hint of cinnamon). We ordered one biscuit and gravy to share — it was massive, and wonderful in all its herby deliciousness. Our food took longer than expected to arrive once ordered, but we weren’t bothered. The attentiveness lasted throughout the meal, and once the bill came our waiter took our payment promptly(pet peeve is when one feels trapped in a restaurant). I give it a 4.5÷5 as for what it is as it was very good, except for the cold eggs(eggs should be amazing always, IMO). Also, very inexpensively priced. Huge portions — if you’re not too hungry you could easily split a meal here.
