Got there at 11:25am for a full face threading and got told «NO» «I’m getting lunch.» Wtf. Not a good way to run a business.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with threading, and I’ve been getting threading done for 20+ years. I clearly told the lady that I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up and not thinned out. She ignored me and proceeded to make my eyebrows very thin and one was far thinner than the other. Not to mention they were lopsided. On top of all that, her technique was slow and extremely painful. AFTER I paid in full, I complained and she accused me of being cheap and not wanting to pay. She told me that my eyebrows were that way from the beginning and she hardly touched them. I asked to speak with the manager and she said there was no manager. All I wanted was an apology, but all I got was her raised voice and horrible service. I will never return to this place again. Beware, the one at North Shore Mall is by the same people.

First, this review is no reflection of the woman who threaded me… she was perfectly kind and hospitable. However, she was so slow that her threading could be used as a form of torture. I get threaded every month and while it’s mildly uncomfortable, it’s quick and not «painful». This was PAINFUL. I couldn’t wait for her to be done and even had to ask her to take a break at one point so I could catch my breath. My eyebrows looked great, but honestly not worth the pain. Definitely won’t be back.
