History
Established in 2006.
Kris and Dave got into real estate as investors starting 2006 and they have personally been the Principals on twelve transactions and currently still hold nine of the properties, most of which were out of state. On each deal they recruited the teams, scrutinized the potential for the property, designed the renovations in most cases and executed on each project. They also now have two small children so and scaled the projects as their time and resources allowed.
