The philosophy at Action Gymnastics has always been that you get out of it what you put into it. We focus on process over product, body shaping as the key in the development of proper basics, and creative drills to progress to higher level skills. Our coaching style is reflected in the atmosphere in the gym; everyone is having fun and working together, gymnasts are working with coaches to get the most out of each workout.
