Michael D Fox Realtors is the absolute best. They took a genuine interest in my journey to find my first dream home. It was reassuring to know I had a great team of professionals by my side.
Mike and Jon make a stressful and overwhelming process understandable and enjoyable. I was nervous about working with an agent and starting the process as a first time home buyer. However, after my first meeting with Jon, I knew that he possessed all the attributes necessary to be an excellent agent.
Jon is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced about the housing market. He was able to educate me about all the factors and considerations involved in this process. We had previously listed our house with another company and had no luck. We noticed that a few of the houses in our neighborhood had sold quickly with Michael Fox Realtors so we decided to give them a try. The house sold in 3 weeks!
We were looking to purchase in Bethesda and quickly realized that it was a difficult market. There was little inventory, multiple offers on every house that we liked and little room for negotiaton. Michael and Jon Fox did a fantastic job, gave us very good advice, and helped us get the home of our dreams. We couldn’t be happier.
